Book the tour in Cusco, I highlight the punctuality regarding the pickup from my hotel. Guide Rudolph very friendly and attentive, plus his explanation was interesting. Local food was good and delicious. This is a must-see tour if you come to Cusco.
Take 4 tours with this agency and this was the worst. They sell you to a bigger agency and you end up doing the tour with an agency you don't even know the name. We hired Guide Service and the guide did not even travel with us in the van because he was with another group, they drive horrible, completely unsafe, we were jumping the whole trip. The horrible food, we paid for a Buffet Service and the food was horribly bad, no taste, the ceviche had thorns, the bathrooms without toilet paper, no drinks. the people of the place were disrespectful, yelled at you, super poorly organized. The only positive thing is that they give you trekking sticks and not ordinary sticks like other agencies.
Excellent experience, very comfortable, very clear and punctual instructions They were always attentive, the guides very concerned
The views were sensational and the guide's attention very good, apart from the lovely place feed and many options!
Great experience. The place is amazing . The guide was very helpful and he knews all the best spots for great views. Thank you Jose
I took the ATV tour to Rainbow Mountain and everything was absolutely amazing. The guide Angi was incredible. Their concern and attention were great, making sure we all had a safe and enjoyable experience. And to top it all off, lunch was delicious. 100% recommended for those looking for adventure!
Really magnificent! The agency TOP INKA TRAVEL very kind and helpful on everything. We did a beautiful 5 days tour. Excellent organization
Excellent Trips Agency, complies with everything agreed in the itinerary, everything in time and form, always at the attention of the tourist,
Total assistance throughout the colorful mountain tour. Breakfast and lunch buffet included in this tour. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive guides on all the tours we take, especially grateful to Reuben, Frank, Ephraim and Rony. This was one of the tours we hired in our 6-day package, and the total price is super accessible and competitive compared to other agencies that offer much less by being more expensive. The quality of your services is A1, always attentive to us and giving us your support at all times. We definitely recommend the agency and would take your services back if we returned to Cusco.
I did the ATV tour with them. I’m giving this such a bad review because the agency behaved terribly wrong. First, they told me they cannot wait 5 minutes for me to check out the hotel so the cab that would bring me to the shuttle meet up point left so I had to pay my own taxi to get there. It was very stressful and the agency threatened me to leave without me if I won’t be at the shuttle meet up point on time which was between 8:20-8:30. Arriving there at 08:10, there was nobody else but me. At around 8:30, the tour guide came while everybody else was already waiting at the meet up point. We then had to wait half an hour for the shuttle because it was late. Without asking our permission, they simply canceled the breakfast for which we paid for because we were late because of the belated shuttle. Funnily, they had time to bring us to some tourist places where we had to pay for food which was very wrong. I’m giving this two stars because the guide was very nice to everybody and cannot be blamed for the agency’s incompetence and mal-communication. I was very annoyed they wouldn’t even wait 5 minutes for me when we had to wait for them half an hour! We left at 9 and they threatened to leave without me if I wouldn’t make it there before 8:30 (without giving me a refund of course). The whole communication with the agency topped it all. The agent called me rude for not being understanding that the cab would not wait 5 minutes while we had to wait half an hour for their belated shuttle. The tour itself was nice and very scenery although I wouldn’t say there’s much effort on the agency’s side about that. All in all it was overpriced as the total atv tour took half an hour (15 mins to the top to rainbow mountain and 15 minutes back). At least they gave us free entrance for the rainbow mountain due to canceling our breakfast. The agency should really consider this post to improve their competence and maybe replace some of the agents (not the tour guides but the guys in charge or whoever does the communication should be replaced)
