Uma atividade única para pessoas interessadas em graffiti, murais, fotografia e exposições em rotação por pontos incomuns e desconhecidos. Madrid tem uma cena de arte urbana legal. Viaje no tempo com a Cooltourspain até o início do movimento do graffiti e saiba como ele começou a se desenvolver. Você começará seu passeio com uma explicação da história, técnicas e artistas que pertencem a este movimento underground., Desfrute de uma visita às paredes de La Tabacalera, um dos armazéns mais famosos de Madri. O passeio o levará pelo bairro de Lavapiés, um dos bairros mais multiculturais da cidade. Você a descobrirá através de sua arte de rua política e social. Existem vários festivais de graffiti visitados, como CALLE Lavapies, Muros Tabacalera ou Urvanity art, que apresentam obras de Okudart, Ben Eine, Blu ou El Rey de la Ruina. Encontro às 11h15 na entrada do Teatro Valle Inclan (Calle de Valencia, 1). A estação de metrô mais próxima é Lavapies

We had a wonderful street art tour with Yago in Lavapies, learning much about the unique history and value to the community. Because we were there during the street art festival, we were able to see several artists working on their murals and talk to them about their technique and the meaning behind their art. What joy the art brings to the neighborhood!

I have done several street art tours in a variety of cities. Esther added so much to what I had learned previously. She was very knowledgeable and passionate with the storytelling about art and local cultural history. She was patient with questions and stopping to take photos. The route is perfect because it ends within walking distance to a market with local food vendors.

Prior to this tour, I knew nothing about street art. Our guide Yago was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the street art. It is impossible to not develop an appreciation for the art form. We learned a lot within a short span of time and about Madrid itself. After walking around the neighborhood, we spray painted tote bags as mementos. Gracias Yago por ser un excelente guia!
