Our guide was awesome. She provided a great experience! She waited for us since we had a difficult time getting there.
We had a wonderful Eiffel Tower tour with Carmel. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both enjoyable and informative. What impressed us most was her kindness and dedication. When we accidentally missed the meeting point, Carmel took the time to track us down and make sure we were able to join the tour. That level of personal attention was truly above and beyond. Throughout the tour, she shared fascinating history and insights while keeping everyone engaged and comfortable.
