Our group tour was a truly memorable experience from beginning to end. The day started at Saghmosavank Monastery, where we were welcomed with a thoughtful treat of traditional Armenian gata as soon as we got off the bus. It was such a warm and kind gesture. While visiting the monastery, our guide, Arev, sang a beautiful Armenian morning hymn. It was an incredibly emotional moment, and I was deeply moved by both her beautiful voice and the atmosphere of this remarkable place. The visits to the mountains, the lake, and the fortress were all breathtaking. At the church inside the fortress, we had the opportunity to say our prayers, making the experience even more meaningful and unforgettable. Throughout the day, Arev was knowledgeable, kind, and always attentive to everyone in the group. Our driver, Karen, made us feel safe and comfortable during the entire journey with his careful driving, allowing us to fully enjoy every stop along the way. We also visited the famous gravity hill, where we watched bottles appear to roll uphill—such a fascinating optical illusion! Another highlight was stopping at a local orchard, tasting delicious dried fruits, and enjoying a wonderful traditional lunch there. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Thank you for organizing such a well-planned and unforgettable tour. Special thanks to Arev and Karen for making this day so enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Armenia!
Had this tour with Arev (one of the best English speaking tour guides) and Karen (the best driver (( the one with the Hollywood souvenir sign “Karen” hung in the front of the van ))). This tour was educational in terms of regional history, culture, religious traditions, and even information on minorities like Yazidis. I could tell that Arev is a very well travelled person in Armenia herself based on the facts that she had prepared for us, and it turned out that she is a professional tour guide and has gone to school specifically for that. So, make sure you seek all the outdoorsy tours with her if you want to experience Armenia with a young but experienced guide who speaks great English. Arev, as it turned out is also an amazingly talented singer! If you want to experience goosebumps in an ancient monastery, if you’re a religious or spiritual person, if you believe in energy, vibes, whatever you want to call it, Arev’s voice will direct your prayer to wherever it needs to go. If you’re from Hyur Service, give them a raise, and if you’re a tourist, make sure to ask for them! Also this Karen seems to be in charge of all the really complicated roads and paths. The man drove a stick shift up the mount Aragats! If that doesn’t speak for itself then I don’t know what would. Thank you for the safe and breezy tour, dear Arev and Karen! Special hi to little Nanes!
I am very grateful to the guide Eduard and the driver Armen for the excellent organization of the tour through the incredibly picturesque landscapes of Armenia.
It was a good trip overall, highly recommend and Tamar is a great guide.
We are very grateful for nice review! It will be pleasure for us to host you in Armenia again!
Beautiful tour with Manya, an excellent guide, and Karen, an experienced driver. Different landscapes, each more beautiful than the last. The visit to the company that produces sun-dried fruit was very interesting. Great meal and delicious tasting of dried fruit.
Molte grazie per il vostro gentile commento! Saremo lieti di ospitarvi di nuovo in Armenia!
Karen was a great guide, we really enjoyed the tour. We visited phantastic places and tried excellent Armenian dried fruits. A day full of fun with a multicultural group. Highly recommended.

The trip itself was awesome. Very sunny day with warm group of people. Tour guide Karen was informative and careful. The driver Maverick was accurate.
Your satisfaction is our greatest reward! We look forward to seeing you on future adventures in Armenia!
We were on this field trip today, it was very nice! The program is super, the locations are perfect. Sagmosank and the canyon are fascinating, Alphabet Alley and Amberd Fortress are very interesting places. But a separate delight is Mount Aragac and Lake Kari, the views are simply unreal! Well, tasting dried fruit was a great and delicious bonus. Thank you so much to our guide Karen! Very cool, talking passionately, humorously, paying attention to everyone. The day flew by in one breath and in a great atmosphere. Hyur Service, as always, is well organized, the bus is comfortable, the timing is respected. Thanks for the cool impressions, we'll get back to you!!!
Excellent day trip covering a lot of ground: Amberd fortress, Aragats, the alphabet monument, Lake Kari and Saghmosavank monastery. Well organized and paced, with enough time at each stop to actually take things in rather than rush through. Driver David was safe and skilled on some pretty demanding mountain roads, and guide Eduard was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, with genuine insight into the history and context of each site
Your kind words mean a lot to us! We look forward to welcoming you again in Armenia!
