The booking process was very smooth with the company and the guide being very communicative and responsive. My guide Adnan shared a lot of useful information about Qatar and the sites that we visited. He brought a lot of positive energy to our tour. The tour is also very interesting as you get to visit half of the country in just half a day. I highly recommend it as a way to see Qatar beyond Doha!

Very smooth and pleasant tour with Akhtar for the full day tour, with amazing views of the deserts, the rocks and rich cultural emersion. Akhtar knows the best spots for shooting pictures of these sites-he is not only a professional but an expert!!

Muhmmad syed was an amazing tour guide, very knowledgeable and looked after us. We went to all the sites and had plenty of time to take photos and have cold water.

I have since complained about my experience to the tour operator who personally called me to apologize and informed me the guide was new (2 months in the role) and would be removed for additional training, the tour operator has since refunded me in full. Below though is my experience: Unfortunately, our ‘guide’ was horrible, rude, not engaging and in no way helpful! all 4 customers who were with ‘Mr E’ had experienced the same horrible experience and couldn’t believe the tour operator allowed this man to take customers and represent the company. We all had a horrible time with him, below is just 11 points of our terrible experience with your guide today. Regards Alan Whiteman * He changed the pick up time at 9:51pm the evening before to 9:30, and yet was still late, he arrived at 10am - no apology from him, (I have copies of his messages to me, and my complaint to him about his time management). * No welcome or introduction from him, it was the hotel staff member that informed me he was our driver and to get into the car. * After setting off we had 35 mins of silence (we timed it) we asked if he was a driver or a guide, when he said he was a guide we complained to him that he wasn’t talking to us. * No information about Qatar, places of interest enroute, again we had to complain to him about his lack of enthusiasm and communication to us. * He never got out of the car to tell us about the areas we were stopping at, only at 12:48pm did he get out of the car and offer to take a photo for us. * After an hour we had to put the air conditioning on as it was roasting, he didn’t care about our comfort. * He was constantly speeding and had to tell him to slow down (the car was constantly beeping to warn him when he was at 120kmph but still drove 140kmph). * On the 3rd complaint about his speeding he said he has to because he has 400k to cover in 7 hours. * He appeared very tired, his eyes were closing and he was rubbing them constantly, we did not feel safe at all. * We had to ask him to put music on because he isn’t / wasn’t talking to us. * No water was offered to anyone by him until 1:30pm, then again at 2:10pm
