Awful experience, we arrived close to check in hours, but there is check in for Uruguayans and Argentines, and for passengers with vehicles, but there is no for foreigners without vehicles, so because of the little tempo we had we were confined, we lost the schedule and had to pay ptro ticket, 200,000 pesos of prejudice and service at ATM very bad.

Todas las personas que estan en las filas de check in, cualquiera sea su procedencia son embarcadas sin excepción, por lo que si UD ingreso a la terminal en el horario antes del del cierre del check in (30 minutos antes de la salida) deberia haber embarcado sin ningun problema. Por favor permítanos esta información para chequear que es lo que paso y si tenemos que mejorar o cambiar algo lo haremos. Muchas Gracias!
Such a good day… the terminal is nice, clean and easy to navigate. We ate breakfast there while we waited for departure. I’m actually glad we didn’t pay for the tour. It was easy to navigate on our own and we enjoyed being on our own time! When you arrive visit the information desk and they will give you a map and a little information to navigate. Then off you go! We had ice cream, souvenired shopped, caught the most amazing sunset and ate dinner off the water. The ferry ride is comfortable and clean and today was a breeze!

The views were incredible. Ride was very smooth. Queues were fast moving and organized although exiting was a bit chaotic and crammed.

The experience was very good, the service was excellent, the bus ship was very comfortable, the transfer was agile, safe and punctual, the staff on land and on the bus ship were very friendly.

For a departure at 8:30 a.m. I arrived at 6:40 a.m. so well in advance. I was supposed to be contacted to issue my ticket but no one did. When I checked in, I was told that my reservation number was invalid even though I still had an email with this reservation number. I had to wait until the last minute at 8 a.m. for the lady at the Colonia Express reception to make a reservation for me so that I could board and go through immigration checks, etc. Big stress when I was planning to relax. Same on the advert it says Spanish or English guide, but I didn't see a guide. Maybe the ad is poorly written or could be misunderstood but it's not clear. I sent two emails but no response for help. The snack is a triangle of sandwich bread and a drink, nothing crazy but good. In short, the crossing is correct but left to my own devices I managed. Tips: At the exit of the port of Colonia walk 5 minutes on your left you find a craft market where there is a tourist bus for 10€ with a guide who takes you on a tour of the historic center and then the bus takes you around the the city in 50 min. Cheap and effective.

Cependant, la reprogrammation de la visite a été effectuée afin que vous puissiez prendre le premier bateau et ne pas attendre midi pour faire votre visite. Excellent trip, the service was excellent, always very attentive, the service was very punctual, I found the boat very comfortable and it has a very good free shop. I will travel on your ships again.

I 100% recommend going to that beautiful place with Colonia Express. We checked in quickly and in 2 hours we were already touring Colonia del Sacramento! A beautiful experience to go with friends or a partner, one day I will visit again 🩷

On the day of the general strike in Argentina, we were unable to reach the location due to technical reasons in the country. We called the company, in addition to taking a long time to provide service, we were attended to by an employee who was completely ill-prepared for the role, extremely rude and discourteous. He informed us that the problem was ours and that they couldn't do anything, not even change the date of the tour since the service was available and the problem was ours and that we could pass it on, as he said he bought another ticket and hung up.
