Highland Park - os terraços ajardinados dos quais dão para a cidade e dão a melhor vista sobre a Baía de Baku, a Praça Flaq Nacional e a Avenida Beira-mar.
Museu Estadual do Tapete do Azerbaijão - sendo brilhantemente fotogênico, o museu, projetado na forma de um enorme tapete dobrado, também abriga cerâmica, metalurgia do século XIV, joias da idade do bronze e a vasta coleção de 10.000 carpetes do século XVII ao século XX. .
O Centro Heydar Aliyev, que foi projetado pelo renomado arquiteto Zaha Hadid e concluído em 2012, é um dos prédios mais caros da Europa por metro quadrado. Seu design ondulante e fluente fez ondas nos círculos de arquitetura, engenharia e design, o que lhe valeu muito reconhecimento de prestígio e internacional.

A quarta parada do nosso itinerário de viagem é a Cidade Velha de Baku, ou "Icherisheher". Icherisheher é a pérola da arquitetura e cultura do Azerbaijão. Há muitas galerias e salas de exposições em Icherisheher, onde você pode ver e comprar obras de vários artistas, escultores e mestres artesãos.
Os monumentos mais conhecidos da Cidade Velha são o Palácio dos Shirvanshahs, um edifício amplo que é um testemunho do impressionante patrimônio arquitetônico do Azerbaijão. Este monumento de valor universal, uma das pérolas da arquitetura do Azerbaijão, está localizado no ponto mais alto de Icherisheher. Dentro do complexo do Palácio há o Divankhana (salão de recepção), o Túmulo de Shah, o edifício residencial de Shirvanshahs, o Túmulo de Seyid Yahya Bakuvi, o Portão de Murad (o único monumento do século 16), o Túmulo da Família Shirvanshahs, a Mesquita do Xá e o balneário do Palácio.
O monumento mais antigo de Icherisheher é a Torre da Donzela - símbolo da cidade de Baku. Algumas evidências sugerem que a construção da Torre pode ter ocorrido já nos séculos VII-VI aC.

Exceptionally great tour! The highlight was the highland park , and old baku walking tour. Was able to cover every nook and corner of the old baku alleys. The english guide Aisu was very knowledgeable and patient with us all along the tour
Due to Formula One the roads were very busy so we started late, and unfortunately the carpet museum was closed. But our tour guide bahadur was great, respectful gentleman. We couldn't cover all the listed places But I loved the trip and enjoyed it very much. Big thanks to the operator of the tour, hope to visit Baku again
The Tour Guide was good and kind. Highly recommended him . But during my booking there were many itineraries like around 11 or 18 locations. Maybe as a freelancer he is not aware about it. Thank you
We had Orkhan Mahmudlu pick us up from the Hotel and take us to the various important tourist attractions in the city. It was very professionally organized. Orkhan, with his impeccable English, took pains in going to great detail on the how and why of the places - gave us a lot of background to help us appreciate what we saw. My family of four took this tour with Mr Samir, and we had a great time. We were able to cover all the main sites within the city and benefited from Mr Samir's vast knowledge and experiences, not only the tip sites in Baku but also the lesser known. The agency also had a separate driver for us, so we could also walk through sites such as the old city and then, be picked up without wasting any time. Finally, Mr Samir took us to an amazing restaurant with authentic food. We didn't know what to expect as vegetarians but thoroughly enjoyed the meal... as well as the entire city tour!
The full day was perfect, our guide Mr. Orkhan took care of every simple detail, he is extraordinary.. we were lucky to have him with us, he gave us the best impression about azerbaijan from the first day..
It took me really long to find a suitable tour in English and this tour was the best decision! Our guide Orkhan was very intelligent, smart and empathetic person with tons of interesting information with whom a whole day flew like couple of minutes. He kindly answered millions of my question and made our first day in Baku unforgettable.

You cannot go wrong with booking this or through Azerbaijan tours especially if you get Orkhan! Booked this tour last minute on a last minute trip to Baku. 100% exceeded expectations Not only was Orkhan extremely responsive, he reached out to be within minutes of booking via WhatsApp and through chatting I managed to have him arrange an airport to hotel transfer. Not only that, in chatting his goal was to get to know what I wanted to see and do and get out of the tour to best create an itinerary that met expectations. And he did not disappoint. Because I ended up being the only one and arrived late into Baku, he tailored the tour to start later in the morning to let me rest. It was a great tour of Baku, and he even squeezed in an extra stop upon my request and stayed with me till the end even after the tour technically ended. Further, he is a wealth of knowledge not oy about the history and culture but about current happenings in Azerbaijan and is very willing to discuss any topic or question you might have, he didn't Dodge the touchy ones!
