The food was good. We were full after the 3rd stop and couldn’t eat much more. Some of the places felt very touristy though. Our tour was awkward because it was just my partner and I. The tour guide didn’t really tell us anything about the area or the food. She didn’t know the neighborhoods well.

Our tours are small-group experiences, so the number of guests can vary depending on bookings — sometimes it’s just two people, while other times the group is larger. The 4 of us waited at both times listed on the booking at 12:00 and 13:00 (very confusing) under Ataturk Statue whilst trying to call phone number provided for Footprint Tours. Could not contact anyone until too late and we were too hungry. We were offered a 3pm tour but too late as we had planned impeccably. Still waiting for refund. I suggest just downloading walking tour of street art from facebook into google maps and find good recommended restaurant.

We had an amazing food tour! Asli was full of knowledge, easy to talk to and knew all the good places to eat. The food was unbelievable and Asli was a fantastic guide! Will be back in the future for sure!

Highly recommend this walking tour on the Asian side. We decided to save some money and make our own way over to Kadikoy using the Metro which was both easy and cheap. We were so lucky to have Madina as our guide - a highly intelligent and charming young lady from Uzbekistan. She took us to several food restaurants to try different things that we probably would never have tried during our short visit to Istanbul. She told us all about the Asian side of Istanbul and about her own country. We ate a lot and we talked a lot which was great - she felt like a friend by the end of the tour and even took us to the ferry to get home. A great value tour with a super friendly host.
Madina was a great guide who showed us around the area with some amazing plentiful food. It was a great way to explore the Asian side. Madina went out of her way to help us get the right boat back which was so helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour.
Asle gave us tips on using transit to meet her in Kadikoy and she was a charming and informative guide throughout. The tour was an excellent way to experience the Asian side of Istanbul. Asle also shared so much of her culture and life with us. She is a real treasure and we enjoyed spending time with her so much

Our guide was Madina, and it was a great experience. If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t have tried many of the dishes that were unknown to us, because of the barrier of culture and language. Besides, she was super nice and explained many more things. Thanks for everything

Our guide was lovely. She showed us around Kadikoy and gave us great insights. She took us to typical restaurants for locals. I thought I knew turlish food but I was wrong! I tried things I never knew existed in Istanbul The tour was totally worth it
It was a really nice tour. The local guide is very kind and explain a lot of things about Turkish typical food. Also, you eat real Turkish food which is not made only for tourist.
