I already rode along a few times and as always it was a surprising and fun bike ride with an experienced local guide. Definitely worth it if you want to see and experience the real Bangkok.

We recently had the pleasure of exploring the hidden sights of Bangkok by bike, and I can't recommend this experience enough! Our guide, Alex, was knowledgeable and passionate about the city, and we were fortunate enough to have Michael, the owner, step in to assist us after we had to cancel our original booking on short notice due to a medical appointment for my husband. Michael was very accommodating in organising a private tour for us on Saturday, which we greatly appreciated. The bike ride itself was so much fun! And so beautiful!! We cycled through winding paths, interesting neighborhoods, and discovered hidden gems that we would have never found on our own. It was an unforgettable way to see the city, and we enjoyed every moment thanks to Alex and Michael. If you're looking for an authentic adventure in Bangkok, I highly recommend booking a tour with them. You won't be disappointed!

We rode with first/Frank and he is very fun and understands English very well and speaks it well too, the trip is fun, full of nature and good vibes all around 10/10

The tour in itself was nice, we saw some nice locations we otherwise wouldn't see on our own. But it was too expensive for the experience. There are cheaper options that are probably just as good. Are you a Dutch speaker? Then book the English tour and do not show that you can speak Dutch to the owner, because he will go with you and he rather likes to talk about himself and is very direct (and sometimes rude) in his communication.

Regarding pricing: You booked the tour yourself and we confirmed with the price, so you knew on forehand how much the tour was. The owner is sometimes direct but I can assure you he does not have any bad intentions and tries to make it clear for the participants. Hope to welcome you back for another tour. We took the day bike tour. Our guide was Ed and he was amazing, polite and took time to explain things about Thailand: the people, way of life etc. he made sure we were save while bike riding through the city. Once we arrived to the Island, things were even better. It was beautiful and so peaceful. We had lunch at a local restaurant and the food was delicious. We loved the bike ride. However, the only complaint I have it’s the rudeness of the owner, Michael I believe is his name. He had the audacity to turn around and tell my husband I spoke too much and speak when not asked to. He did this at least 3 times. I don’t know what his values are, but apparently he doesn’t value women. Where I come from, women have the right to speak. And trust me, I was not speaking a lot, I simply said where we are from and I greeted our guide. Yet, the owner has the need to be disrespectful to me and basically shut me up. I’ve been to over 30 countries and have been on numerous tours, and never have I been disrespected as I was today. Michael is not a very nice person. Very sad.

I am very sorry to read that you experienced my behavour as disrectful, as I had absolutely NO intentions to do so. It might have sounded hard or rude, but a Dutch way is being very direct which you are may be not familiar with, but I can asure you that my values for both men and ladies are high and I never had the intention to shut you up. Abc cycling This bike tour was ok but the guide and the framing were terrible. He treated us like preschoolers and wasn't customer-oriented at all. At reception we were publicly reprimanded because our well-meaning greeting was not according to Thai pleadings. In the confirmation were promised things like fruit and snacks. On the entire 4 hour trip we got 2 bottles of water! For a street food city, this seems very meagre. Although the site states that the tour is unsuitable for inexperienced cyclists and small children, there has been no control over the driving skills at the start. It is also true that you are quite an experienced cyclist in city traffic and narrow paths. Busy three-lane roads must be crossed without a traffic light and on the concrete platform paths you are best versed in cornering. A participant drove cramped all the time and had to dismount regularly to recover. At the end the guide was out of sight in full city. The participant did not feel safe in traffic and was left to her own devices. Gone was the guide, well he had pain in a knee and had driven on ... We can easily compare with how it can be done professionally and customer friendly, the day before we booked a full day at Co VanKessel, top experience.

De medereizigers waren een echtpaar uit de USA. Ik herinner me dat bij binnenkomst je onze medewekster begroete hetgeen voor haar heel erg ongemakkelijk was omdat zij weet dat ze je als eerste moest begroeten. Ik heb hier ook een opmerking in het Nederlands naar je gemaakt welke de 2 Amerikaanse klanten niet verstonden en later tijdens de tour heb ik uitgelegd hoe je Thaise mensen het beste kan begroeten. Verder herinner ik me dat je je verontschuldigen hebt aangeboden en mij vertelde dat je autistisch was, hetgeen no problem was. Voorwat de rijvaardigheden betreft kan ik je zeggen dat in de 29 jaar dat we onze tours doen we nog NOOIT een ongeluk in het verkeer hebben gehad, want veiligheid is voor ons het allerbelangrijkste. Dat we over de verhoogde paden iets korter hebben gemaakt was omdat de echtgenote van de medereiziger (Mr Greg) het een beetje eng vond. Waarom riscos nemen als het niet noodzakelijk is en dit ook aan jullie heb medegedeeld welke geen bezwaar was. Bij de terugreis heb ik gevraagd od iemand nog een frisdrnje wilde gebruiken maar iedereen was voldaan. Dat ik aan het einde van de tour de groep alleen gelaten zou hebben is absoluut NIET waar en daarbij had ik ook geen last van mijn knie, dus dit klopt ook niet en geeft een slecht idee over onze tour. Als je naar de foto's kijkt zie je dat vlakbij ons pand ik nog een foto heb gemaakt, dus jullie niet achtergelaten. Voorwat fruit betreft heb ik de mogelijkheid om dit te kopen onderweg, maar als ik zie dat bij een fruitkraampje het fruit op ijs ligt, dan sla ik die over. Ook hier moet je afgaan op de deskundigheid van je gids want als je ziek zou worden dan hebben wij dit altijd gedaan.
