Lots of fun and informative abut the history. Nice young man to show us the highlights. We went in the evening.
The views from the Eiffel Tower were amazing. We booked very last minute and this was our only option to go to the summit. I think if you can book in advance a tour is not needed, but for last minute options this is a good one. Overall, our experience was average and next time I don’t think a tour was needed.
I am very disappointed in Trip Advisor as a company. We missed our tour because of the lack of information provided on the phone app and the ticket saved to the wallet. When I called to discuss this, they didn't care about the concerns or the fact that we could not contact the company to get information about where to meet. The customer service is non-existent. They could not care in the slightest about customer issues, they just want their money. I was not even offered a partial refund. There are a number of other companies to use for tours. I will never use this company again or say anything good about their customer service. I'm betting they will even remove my review.
We were so happy with our tour guide Clair. She speaks six different languages. We also were glad we went all the way to the top of the Eiffel Tower. The view was amazing. I took my daughter and two granddaughters on a trip to Paris. The Eiffel Tower is a must see! On another night we watched the lights on the tower. We stayed watching until 11:00 pm when it finally got dark. A beautiful sight.
Our tour was canceled due to extreme heat, but aviator was great in communicating the and the refund. We had to call for the refund but the operator, Dee, was polite and helpful.
Andrei was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He got us right up to the 2nd floor with very little wait time! Would recommend this tour again.
Book on the official website; it is worth it! And sipping a glass of champagne always brings good luck! When you are down, there is immediately the possibility to take a boat for a trip on the Seine.
Absolute zero compassion and understanding when due to traffic we were late to get vouchers. 15 minutes should not effect your! I’ve used Viator extensively and have two more tours with them in the next few weeks. But I’m not happy about it!
Not sure if our guide called in sick, but we were were pushed back 30 minutes to join another group. This delayed us and made the group over 20 people. We had done this tour 2 years ago and is was an amazing experience, this time it was just ok. Too many people and very little about the person who actually built the Eiffel Tower, which we thought was an incredible story our first time. Eiffel Tower is an incredible experience all by itself. With a guide we want to learn about it and that part could have been better as we had experienced before.
Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the tower and everything that has happened to over the last few years. Great experience going to the very top of the tower ! unbelievable views, of Paris highly recommend this tour.
