Wonderful place to snorkel at the Galápagos Islands, highly recommend, good possibilities to find hammered heads Sharks, rays, sealions, seaturtles, and a lot of fish. A beautiful geological and volcanic formation in the middle of the sea.

We had a island hopping tour including Santa Fe, North Seymour, Bartolome and Kicker Rick in San Cristobal. The tour guides they work with is not the same quality. Unfortunately the most important island for us to North Seymour and Bartolome we had a not professional tour guide. He is too lazy to climb up the mountain and just show us where to take pictures without giving any knowledge or information about the landscape and wildlife. Everyone is upset in the group, but when we reported to the travel agent, the next day with the same guide, he treated as very bad on purpose we can feel that.It is not very good experience. As the first trip to Santa Fe, the ship is too small for 13 people, the wave is also too big to go out. Few people vomit and my husband did also, we asked for one more towel on the boat, but they refused to give us. I don’t understand why is so hard. The guide is not nice for us, he just want to get the tour done, he didn’t share so much information and very strict about his rules. It was very terrible experience like a disaster for us. Also, the communication between agent and guides has problems. The car didn’t pickup us at the correct place in the morning, since I already gave them the right direction of our hotel. And double check the day before. The guide still went to the wrong place, and not even called us just left. We had not choice but to take a taxi by ourselves to catch the boat. Of course they refund us the cost, just annoying to have something happened like this. The last day, we should be pickup from the hotel to the airport. Again the guide with a car they called for us didn’t show up again. We don’t have time to wait them to arrange another taxi, but to go by ourselves. When I texted the agent about it, they only said we will check what’s going on. Until now, after 3 weeks we already came back home, they didn’t reply anything, not even an apology. The end of the trip they never ask how was it or anything. Please consider to book with other agent to arrange your tour. Their price is much higher than you book individually. And the quality is not the same as they promised.
Dear 678chiuyiw, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. However, it’s important to clarify that we did not organize or assist with booking this particular tour, nor were we responsible for the guides or excursions mentioned. The reservations were made directly with the companies providing those services, and therefore, we are unable to take responsibility for the issues you encountered. We apologize for any misunderstandings and encourage you to reach out to us for future travels, where we can ensure a fully coordinated itinerary to make your experience smoother and more enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to improve our services moving forward. Sincerely, Nature Galapagos & Ecuador
I was in Galapagos for the first time and chose 6 day tour that includes Santa Cruz (2 days) and Isabela (4 days). In Santa Cruz I stayed in Fernandina hotel that is one building with Suenos Silvestres. It is very comfortable and close to the main spots - Charles Darwin Station 2 minutes walking, pier 5 minutes. Room was nice and clean. In Isabela it was Coral Blanco hotel, that is 30 seconds away from the ocean and 5 minutes walking from the main street. This hotel was quite comfortable too. Those were minimal cost accommodations among the available, but I appreciated them. My itinerary was full so I had two activities every day, besides transfers. Organization was excellent: I was almost taken by the hand upon arrival and guided through the islands right until my departure. Hotel staff was informed of all my activities and transfers so I could rely on them completely. All transfers were included in the tour. My special thanks to Christian who created my tour and made it unforgettable. Islands are beautiful, there are lots of thing to see, like snorkeling spots, volcanoes, lava tunnels and turtle farms. I was impressed with presence of lots of sea lions and turtles and marine iguanas that are absolutely not afraid of people, as well as rays and eels and sharks. I did not dive because I had no free time for it, but hope to return once to see hammerheads and manta rays and mola-mola
Dear Huanpablosaragosa, Thank you so much for your glowing review! We’re thrilled to hear that your first visit to the Galapagos was an impressive and unforgettable experience. We’re delighted you enjoyed the 6-day tour across San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz, and Isabela Islands. It’s great to know that you found your accommodations at the Fernandina Hotel and Coral Blanco Hotel comfortable and conveniently located. These hotels aim to provide our guests with easy access to the key attractions while offering a cozy retreat after each adventure. Your detailed description of the activities—snorkeling, exploring volcanoes, lava tunnels, and turtle farms—captures the true essence of the Galapagos Islands. The wildlife encounters you mentioned, from sea lions and marine iguanas to turtles, rays, and sharks, are indeed highlights of any trip to this magical destination. We’re glad you had the chance to witness these unique creatures in their natural habitat. We’re also very happy to hear that the organization of your tour met your expectations. From seamless transfers to well-informed hotel staff, we always strive to ensure our guests feel guided and cared for throughout their journey. It’s fantastic to know Christian played a role in making your trip memorable. We hope you’ll have the chance to return and experience diving with hammerheads, manta rays, and mola-molas—there’s always something more to explore in the Galapagos! Thank you again for trusting us with your adventure. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. NATURE GALAPAGOS & ECUADOR TEAM
In December 2018 we spent a week in the Galapagos Islands, all coordinated by this agency. On time, pending, organized, with good plans, guides who know what they talk about, prepared for first aid, with patience and good spirits. In Latin America you are used to things not working. No punctuality, lots of improvisation. Everything here worked to wonders. We were able to trust them and dedicate ourselves to enjoying ourselves like never before. Two items to improve: there are guides whose English is not fluent. Beware of that because they deliver knowledge. The second: smaller groups could fit together. Groups of 28/30 people are not interesting when contemplating this wonder of the world.
SALUDOS CORDIALES EQUIPO NATURE GALAPAGOS & ECUADOR
On our modified trip we actually did 6 days split between San Cristobel and Isabella. It was quite rigorous with the outings so that turned out to be quite enough for my family of 14. We ranged in age from 8 through 74 and everyone was able to keep up most of the time. I found Andres at Nature Galapagos by accident and he worked with me tirelessly to put together a trip that met all our needs and was within our budget. I will forever be grateful for his persistence and caring. It was a trip of a livetime. The tour was very organized and almost everything went smoothly. Guides and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Of course the wildlife is outstanding. Snorkels are not all great as at times the water was dark and clouded but the good ones were excellent. The mid-range hotels we selected were fine. (reviewed those separately) There are two cautions we have from this trip. First, we snorkeled every day and each day we had to try on wetsuits, masks and fins all over again as they had us turn them all in at the end of the day. This became tedious and I would advise the company to arrange to have you keep the equipment until your stay on one island is over. Guides were caring and knowledgeable but they did not always wait for the last people in the group to catch up on land or water. Thus the older of us missed some of the talks and felt a little unsafe in the water. As well towels were not available for the water activities until we pushed to have them. I found travelling in The Galapagos much easier in the past touring from a boat but if like us you need to be sleeping on land I would highly recommend Nature Galabagos and urge you to ask at the beginning about the issues I raised above. As well be aware that boat rides between islands are rough. We flew and the flights are fast and easy. Unfortunately for one of the two flights one plane needed repair so we were held up all day. The other was perfect.
Dear Midge, Thank you so much for a great post with feedbacks from your trip last year. I'm sorry it took us so long to provide a reply but we are now updating on this. We are very happy you've enjoyed your time preparing your trip with Andres, he is a great planner. We will take into consideration very serious your recommendations. The first one about the sorkel gear to not try everyday or try to work with the same provider. But you know, sometimes it happens as we work with different providers and they don't have this information already, given only in person. The reason maybe be to get better rates for all your group but we will definitely take this as a key for groups. At the end of the day, we are so glad all your expectations about your family trip really accomplished and, again, Thank you so much for recommending us to be THE LEADER on Galapagos trips. Warmest Regards, NATURE GALAPAGOS & ECUADOR TEAM
