Tour de 4 dias pela Turquia - Capadócia Éfeso e Pamukkale

I was booked trip with (kadir AY) agency from Istanbul to cappadocia and pamukkale. That was great service. He is so nice person,, responsible.

Turista Travel Company, with the assistance of travel consultant, Berat Kavuk, organized our tour of Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Ephesus, and Izmir. Each door-to-door arrangement of our trip was well coordinated with domestic flights, timely van transportation, central hotels, and local guides. We saw many beautiful places and enjoyed the colors, culture, history, and people of Turkey. A regret is that our balloon ride was canceled due to foggy weather. Friends had recommended this as a “must do” experience while in Cappadocia. That is somewhat iffy during the winter because of unpredictable weather. However, we benefited from avoiding the high season crowds. A concern we encountered was Turkish Airline flight delays which made transferring flights a challenge in the very expansive IST airport. TA passengers were transported via shuttle to the departure area where we had to exit and then re-enter through security. We were fortunate that security was not particularly busy, or we would have missed our connection. Of course, the canceled balloon ride and the flight delays were not within Turista Travel’s control but are something to consider when planning a trip to Turkey. Overall, we had a spectacular time in Turkey made very memorable by the well organized and executed itinerary crafted by Turista Travel. Joseph, Charles, Riza and Oscar where all wonderful guides and helpful in explaining the culture. The Asia Minor Hotel staff was very caring and located near shops and restaurants. Sozer Hotel was located in front of the sea but room was outdated. Kadir in the Istanbul office was helpful and responded to our text and addressed our concerns. Thank You for a pleasant experience. The hot air balloon was as expected: awesome!
