A história dos judeus em Oslo e na Noruega é curta e distinta. Este passeio também é incomum, pois cobre a maior parte da história em uma rua. Começaremos em frente à localização onde a primeira família judaica se instalou em Oslo e continuaremos até a rua principal da cidade, Karl Johan. A rua sempre foi cheia de atividades, e não é de surpreender que os empresários judeus também abrisse lojas lá. Os monumentos, o edifício do Parlamento e até mesmo a igreja principal da cidade têm alguma conexão com a história judaica. Imagine que até mesmo a família real tem algo em comum com um menino judeu da Tunísia. O passeio é acompanhado por muitos materiais visuais e histórias da comunidade judaica de Oslo. O passeio termina na sinagoga. Infelizmente, nem sempre é possível visitá-lo. A caminhada do Palácio para a sinagoga pode ser desafiadora. If we could give Rami a 6 or 7, we would gladly do so. We cannot say enough positive things about how much we learned on our tour today and how much we enjoyed Rami’s ability to bring the stories he shared to life with pictures and places he pointed out. I have taken Jewish focused tours in many cities throughout Europe and this was truly one of the best. We very much appreciated being able to visit the synagogue during our tour. I did my homework in advance and saw only positive reviews and now I know why firsthand. Rami is an excellent tour guide.

Oslo Photo Tour I had the chance to have a photo tour during my visit here in Oslo. Rami is a very knowledgeable guide and not only that he knows interesting, non-touristy spots, but he also knew a lot about photography techniques. I am so glad to have this photo walk because I could learn a few things about Oslo (culture, history) and also photography (composition).
