they canceled on me on saturday and wanted to move the tour / did not find a replacement guide. and i still have not gotten a refund.
It is not a standard city tour following a certain concept, but very spontaneous. The guide is happy to accommodate personal requests.
I booked tour via Trip Advisor, it was expensive tour in comparison to the other available old town tour on Trip Advisor (more than double price). Guide didn’t show. I called agency and they were surprised that I have booking. They sent ad hoc this very nice guy, but I am not even sure he was real guide as he had very simple story: we are here, this is xy and moved on. Scarce history details, just a few facts…We could have more information if we just googled a bit. This guy was really trying and I dont blame him, Agency should have educated him. Very dissapointing experience even though we found Stocholm city center very beautifull.
We ended up with just the two of us on the tour, which was a pleasant surprise. Our guide was personable and knowledgeable. However, the tour lacked any structure or flow. It just felt like we were wandering aimlessly and heard interesting tidbits about the old town. I don’t feel as knowledgeable about Stockholm, as we usually would after one of these tours
Guide never showed up and didn’t answer my call or text. Very disappointing. Will be seeking a full refund.

The guide never showed up... we've waited for 40 min and nobody came. We've discussed with TripAdvisor by chat and the refund was launched immediately.
Awful, tour guide didn't even bother to show up so didn't get to experience the tour. Waited over 45 mins for the tour guide. Bwing a soli travellwr first time in Stickholm, I found this shocking! Terrible service.
Great tour of Gamla Stan with focus on local favorites. Met under the 200-year-old chestnut tree. We were early and so was our guide which resulted in some extra time on our tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and took great care of us. Afterwards had dinner at Under Kastanjen Bistro which was not only convenient but also delicious and delightful.
Very informative, relaxed and sensitive to the needs of the travelers . Our guide Sarah was excellent
