Seu guia certificado irá recebê-lo no ponto de encontro 10 minutos antes do horário programado de entrada no monumento. Uma vez reunido o grupo, acessaremos o recinto para iniciar a visita. Faremos uma parada nos Palácios Nasridas, a joia da Alhambra, onde admiraremos a delicada arquitetura islâmica do Pátio dos Leões e do Salão dos Embaixadores, entre outros espaços icônicos. Passearemos pelos jardins de Alhambra, projetados para evocar o paraíso islâmico com fontes, flores perfumadas e caminhos cercados por vegetação. No Generalife, residência recreativa dos sultões, faremos uma parada no Pátio da Acequia e no Pátio do Ciprés da Sultana, dois espaços repletos de história e lenda. O passeio também inclui a Alcazaba, a fortaleza defensiva da Alhambra, e o Palácio de Carlos V, uma obra-prima do Renascimento espanhol. Completando assim uma visão completa deste complexo monumental único.

- Todas as informações dos participantes são necessárias: os ingressos para a Alhambra são pessoais, portanto, todas as reservas devem incluir o nome completo como aparece no passaporte, o número do passaporte e a nacionalidade de cada participante. Além disso, é obrigatório incluir o número de telefone do responsável pela reserva. Reservas incompletas serão canceladas automaticamente.
- Classificação correta de crianças e bebês: Os ingressos para crianças e bebês devem ser selecionados de acordo com sua idade real na data da visita. Reservas que não atenderem a esta condição serão canceladas.
- Este passeio requer um mínimo de 6 participantes para acontecer. Caso esse número mínimo não seja atingido, será oferecida uma alternativa, como ingressos com guia de áudio e o respectivo reembolso parcial ou uma alteração no horário da sua visita.
- É essencial fornecer o número de telefone do viajante principal na reserva.
- Disponibilidade de ingressos: Caso o Alhambra Trust indique que não há disponibilidade e, portanto, não seja possível obter os ingressos, o valor total da reserva será reembolsado. Não será oferecida qualquer compensação adicional.
- Não podemos garantir a disponibilidade de bilhetes para visitas durante a época alta se não forem adquiridos com pelo menos dois meses de antecedência da data prevista.

All the instructions were clear. From my arrival at the meeting point, I was very well attended; I was given my ticket and a sticker to identify myself as part of the group. NOELIA was our guide. She was so kind and so pleasant! In her words: this tour was amazing! Great, perfectly explained, with additional information, everything was crystal clear.

Horrible company! Stay away from this company!! I booked the Alhambra tour 5 weeks in advanced. I received an email saying that my tickets had been secured and the tour was confirmed. I received a what’s app message 6 hours BEFORE the tour saying the following: “ We are very sorry to inform you that, due to high demand and the lack of ticket availability for the Alhambra, we have not been able to secure your ticket for the selected date. From the moment we received your booking, we have been trying daily to obtain tickets, but it has not been possible to confirm your reservation due to the lack of ticket issuance by the official system” Why wait until the last minute? I had received an email saying that it had been confirmed. Now, when I booked with them I had checked the Alhambra website and I almost bought my tickets through the Alhambra website, but we wanted a guide that’s why I ended up booking with this company. The main reason why we made a stop in Granada was to see the Alhambra and we were not able because we couldn’t find tickets at the last minute.
Overall, I felt the customer service was great. I’d booked this tour back in December 2025. At the time, supposedly the only time they had available was 2 PM, which absolutely would not work for us as we are on a cruise and needed to be back at the ship well before we would’ve been if we had started a tour with the guide for three hours starting at 2 PM. So we mutually agreed that we would start at 10:30 am to allow us time to get to Granada from our cruise ship’s dock in Malaga as I needed to rent a car in Malaga and then drive to Granada. Viator though, which I had used to book this tour,, kept sending me emails and confirmations, etc. that stated we were starting at 2 PM. This was true even up until the day before we were doing the tour. I contacted Enjoy Alhambra directly and they assured me 10:30 am was our starting time. They Even went the extra mile for me and checked out if I needed to reserve a parking space at one of the private garages near the Alhambra in Granada. Our guide, Fernando, was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

Our guide was Fernando. He was thoroughly professional throughout our entire tour. He displayed a wealth of information, highlighting the key features and explaining their relevance. Our tour was outstanding.
Booked our tickets on this tour seven weeks in advance and got a confirmation. The morning of the tour, we get a cancellation from the tour agency saying they couldn’t get tickets. Our sole reason to travel to Granada was to see the Alhambra and this company decides to tell us 9 hours before the tour that they never had confirmed tickets in the first place. Absolutely horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody!
We had an exceptional time with Emilio during our visit to the Alhambra. He took the time to guide us not only through the site, but also through its history, involving us along the way. His sense of interaction, his clear and passionate way of explaining, and his deep historical knowledge made the visit captivating. His interest in the Arabic language was a real plus: thanks to it, he was able to reveal to us the meaning of certain symbols and wall inscriptions that we would never have noticed alone.
