Jorge, the guide, was very kind, we loved him, and he was always attentive; he was our guide in Chichen Itza and explained everything very well (he has a lot of knowledge). Efraín was the cherry on top; he was very helpful and kind, and he entertained us quite a bit. Cesar, the driver, was very responsible in his driving and punctual. I definitely hope to meet them again on another trip.
Had a one day trip with this company, picked up on time and had a full day tour. The experience was good. All admission tickets, lunch, and drink on the shuttle are included.
Wonderful experience alongside experts and very kind people.
Great day out. Our tour guides were amazing and really made the day fun for all. The day was good value for everything ok you get. We were gone from 7.30am until 9pm. The only thing I would change would be to give more time at the cenote.
The dancing at the miya village was incredible
Beto Eduardo Luis and Jorge they did amazing with the tour and answered all our questions and made us feel safe and welcomed!
All the guides were very kind and created a very pleasant, beautiful, and unforgettable atmosphere! Perfect for couples, families, or solo travelers. I loved it!
Our Chichen Itza tour was an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico. The entire tour was well organized, and our guide was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and culture of the ancient Maya civilization. Walking through the archaeological site and seeing iconic landmarks like El Castillo in person was truly impressive. The guide provided fascinating insights into the architecture, astronomy, and traditions that made Chichen Itza one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. The transportation was comfortable, the schedule was well paced, and we had plenty of time to explore, take photos, and ask questions. Our tour guide Edwardo also knows an Lalo made the trip awesome. The combination of breathtaking scenery, rich historical information, and excellent organization made this tour both educational and enjoyable. We highly recommend this Chichen Itza tour to anyone visiting the Yucatán Peninsula and looking for a memorable cultural experience.
The beginning of the trip was very sobering. The tour is conducted by a coach, so we thought we would be picked up by one of them. In fact, a smaller bus for about 10 people came, and we first went to all the other hotels to pick up other guests. Then we were taken to the coach. This took a bit longer than expected, and I wished someone had informed us in advance. The first stop was lunch. On the way there, our guide Hektor informed us about the culture of the Maya and provided us with visual materials, which was very interesting. What was clearly noticeable was that he increasingly shifted towards "sales." He showed us a lot and kindly suggested that we could buy things for a small price during lunch. And when we arrived, it all began. It was not just lunch; we were led as a whole tour group from one sales pitch to the next. The traditional Maya people lived very modestly, yet all were equipped with card readers and constantly wanted to sell something. Only after we had gone through all the stations were we taken to lunch, where we were not even allowed to sit where we wanted but had to squeeze in with others at a table. Meanwhile, there was entertainment that also wanted to be paid for immediately. They called it "Support the locals," but when a small bottle of water costs 4 US dollars, it all felt a bit like a tourist trap. Some fellow travelers were also annoyed by this, and we spent about 1.5 to 2 hours there, just for lunch. They should have simply led the people to eat and given each individual the option to go to the souvenir shop, to the medicine man, or the chocolate shop. Then it would have been acceptable. That would have been fine. But it was imposed on one, and it was hardly possible to escape it.
Jorge, Roberto and Hugo were 10/10, friendly, informative and gave us beer. Would definitely recommend!
