Levamos você ao vulcão em um veículo com ar-condicionado. Aproveite o banho de lama no vulcão! Buscamos você no hotel e acompanhamos você durante todo o passeio. Transporte de ida e volta incluso. É um local atraente e popular por ser rico em lama medicinal. Seus habitantes afirmam que ela possui propriedades curativas graças a componentes como água, sílica, alumínio, magnésio, enxofre, cálcio, ferro e outros minerais. Segundo depoimentos de moradores e visitantes, possui propriedades terapêuticas, deixando uma aparência positiva na pele e aliviando dores musculares e articulares. No verão, o volume de lama no cone vulcânico diminui; no inverno, devido ao pântano próximo ao vulcão, ele se enche até transbordar. Durante a sua visita ao vulcão, que dura aproximadamente 30 minutos, a taxa de entrada já está incluída. Massagens, bebidas e fotografias (com dispositivos móveis pessoais) são oferecidas no local. They never established communication with me until an hour before the activity when I contacted them Afterwards, pure deception: When my ticket said they would pick me up at 8 at my hotel, and I was in the lobby from that time. Later they notified me that they wouldn't arrive until 9:30. I contacted them at 9: 48 because they hadn't arrived, they told me they were in the process of picking people up At 10:03 they wrote to me saying that the activity was suspended because they evacuated people from the volcano and that they would do it the next day I hadn't even had breakfast, since my package included lunch. I requested my refund on the platform, and to this moment they haven't issued the refund
Great experience at the mud volcano in Colombia! 🌋 I give 5 stars for the guide Christian who was really super nice, welcoming, and made the activity even more enjoyable. The moment in the mud is a truly original and very fun experience, it is definitely worth it. A small downside, however: everyone asks for tips throughout the activity. Even though it is theoretically voluntary, one feels a bit pressured to give it, and in the end, we ended up leaving some behind. It leaves a bit of a mixed taste on this point. Moreover, the water in the lagoon where we have to rinse off is very green and really does not make one want to dive in. Regarding the journey, everything went well with the air conditioning in the vehicle, but it should be noted that the road is quite chaotic with quite a few bumps in the van that does not absorb them very well 😅 Despite these minor points, the experience is definitely worth doing at least once! 👍
If i could rate this lower than 1 star i would. I definitely don't recommend, we did not feel safe with the driver, and the customer service was terrible. Book something else!
