"Isla Tortuga" Vamos começar o dia levando você em um passeio de barco de 45 minutos ao longo da costa com vistas deslumbrantes do Oceano Pacífico à direita e a bela paisagem da península de Nicoya à esquerda. Durante o passeio de barco, a maior parte do tempo, você será capaz de ver golfinhos alegres, raios de manta saltam, tartarugas primitivas, ou se você tiver sorte você pode até mesmo desfrutar de assistir humpback e baleias piloto.

We had a great time on this tour. The staff, food and activities were amazing. Would definitely do it again!
Everything was excellent, the staff was super friendly, the place was beautiful, we saw Monkeys, dolphins, fish of all colors, the food was very good, the service, everything was 10 out of 10, without a doubt we will return!!
Very fun and well organized! The food was also very good. The staff was always on time even with picking many people up from their villas.
Very organized group of tour guides, awesome crew, pickup was timely and efficient. Crew was very prepared and made us feel safe, cutting up fruit and making the experience overall great. The boat ride was comfortable and fun, there was good shade. Snorkeling was also very fun, we went to 2 spots and saw some cool fish. Lunch was fine but we had complimentary beers/soda all day and relaxed on isla tortuga. An amazing day, would definitely recommend

Excellent tour for visiting Tortuga Island and snorkel. From start to finish a perfectly organized, well balanced, great day of adventure and fun! Staff was incredible, professional and very welcoming! Manuel was amazing! He took the time to give us better directions back to Playa Coyote at the end of our adventure filled, fun day! Highly recommend! Great value! Lunch that was provided was exceptional!
Beautiful snacking, nice and kind staff, good music on board. The dinner was very good! My disappointment was the beach. Too many people, very touristic, very little free space shaded, chairs for rent very expensive. We couldn't wait to leave. I'd do snorkeling again without the beach.

L'île de Tortuga est une destination publique très prisée, et l'affluence peut effectivement être importante, surtout en haute saison. Il est également important de préciser que les services sur l'île (comme la location de chaises) sont gérés par des associations locales indépendantes de notre agence, ce qui explique leurs tarifs. Nous prenons bonne note de votre remarque sur le besoin d'ombre et d'espace. Pour une prochaine fois, nous serions ravis de vous conseiller des excursions vers des zones plus sauvages et moins fréquentées afin de mieux correspondre à vos attentes de tranquillité. Pura Vida!
The shuttle and boat ride were well organized and the Zuma Tours staff was excellent. The snorkelling was not very exciting and the snorkelling gear was not great. The island they took us to for lunch was very unpleasant - tons of tourists crammed on a small beach - loud music- and everything cost extra - even the bathrooms. Lunch was good but then you have two hours to entertain yourself before the boat ride back. There is one hiking trail that is interesting and we swam a bit in and around many drunken tourists. We would have been happy to leave after lunch and avoid the tourist trap island!

It was a good chill day out. We saw the dolphins and the whales, and the fish were quite good. The music on the boat was great, and not too loud. Our guide, Wildon, and the other helpers were all nice.

This is a good tour if you’re looking for to get into a mellow mood! We booked this tour because we thought we were going to see sea turtles on an island, but instead got to go on a cool quick boat ride to do some awesome snorkeling along reefs with beautiful reef fishes, a delicious lunch on an island called Turtle island, but is really named Tolinga island and only looks like a turtle from a certain angle! Anywho… No sea turtles , but it was all good because our tour had free beers! Pura Vida!

You hit the nail on the head: Isla Tortuga (officially Tolinga) gets its name from its volcanic rock shape that looks like a turtle from afar, rather than being a sanctuary for them. We are so glad that even without the actual sea turtles, the reef fish, the boat ride, and the cold drinks made it a "mellow" and awesome day for you. We do have sea turtles and more whales, but mostly in the rainy season, when the South Pacific is in winter. We’ll have a cold one ready for you whenever you decide to come back! Cheers.
