Recolha no aeroporto: Depois de recolher a sua bagagem, dirija-se ao portão de saída onde será recebido pelo nosso representante/motorista que estará segurando uma placa com o nome do passageiro principal. Recolha fora do aeroporto: Iremos buscá-lo no lobby do seu hotel para a partida para o aeroporto. Ligue/envie uma mensagem para a linha direta se não conseguir localizar seu driver (WhatsApp).

Staff are very friendly and informative. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh at 1610, as we approached Passport Control there was a major system outage. This has caused major delays for over 1000 people. Our pick up was for 1700, we did not exit the airport till 1915. I contacted the provider and they stated that they would wait for us. Instructions on meeting was given clearly prior to arrival at the Airport. As we exited we went to allocated meeting area, company representative was there waiting for us with our name displayed on a board. Within 5 minutes we were in a car to our hotel. Generally a very pleasant experience.
Basically, they just book a Grab for you and charge more. We used Grab ourselves on the way back to the Airport and paid a third of the price. Ok if you don’t have the Grab app, but we did and so was a waste of money, as we thought there would be a Taxi waiting for as they state, but there wasn’t and we had to find them outside after which, they do as I mentioned above.

Online booking was fast and easy. Price was great. Our driver arrived ahead of time in an almost new vehicle with plenty of space for two passengers and four bags. Got us to the airport promptly and safely. Would definitely use this service again.

Worked well. You meet at a post outside of the arrivals area. My name was on one of the sheets taped to the column. There are a few people there that you can check in with and they let the driver know you are ready. Due to the crowds, the driver can't wait at the curb. Only took a minute for him to pull up. You are escorted there and the rest is easy. The amazing experience is driving/riding through Saigon traffic.
