The info on the bus/company to meet was different than what was provided, making the meet up confusing. This should have been clarified by the provider in advance. The transportation was good, however the stop at the "sword demo" & jewelry shop was a waste of time. The tour was not very informative & it would have been helpful to have a map of the area to make the most of our free time to explore the area. We found the city center to be very crowded and more touristy than we expected, although the Jewish quarter was less crowded and more enjoyable to explore.
You need to see this historical town of Toledo. Great experience and very super guide Ramiro. Absolutely recomended.
Guides were efficient and patiently handed questions posed by confused customers. Walking tour was good intro to they're walled town and left plenty of time for individual exploration
Good trip, guided tour around centre of Toledo was very short and poor. The guide was doing it quickly as possible.
The team was very usefull in asisting us changing a wrong reservation. Afterwards everyting went smoth and in schedule.Thank you very much.
The tour says come to Neptune fountain which is a huge roundabout. The door operator doesn’t tell you where to meet you. There is no contact phone number or email for the operator. We waited there for half an hour and the bus was a no-show.
The trip was ok, not great. The description of which side of the fountain to meet (large intersection) was not clear. The description of the bus was wrong. The guide that we met to take us around Toledo had a microphone that did not reach the entire large group. Missed most of what she said. I would pay more money for the tour if they had individual listening devices.
Reasonably good tour bit very quick walk through town. Probably didn't help that it was s public holiday. Also extremely hot at 40 degrees
Firstly the bus arrived an hour late due to an accident nearby which was not the companies fault and they did extend the trip by an hour at the end of the day- but it was a set back. The walking tour was very poor, it lasted all of 40 minutes and was robotic and uninteresting. It felt like the guide just wanted to get through it, although she did walk very slowly so the information given was minimal. We did get a recommendation for lunch which was about as useful as it got. We had recently attended a couple of free walking tours in Madrid which were excellent and perhaps set the bar high but this one was very poor by comparison.
The organized part is fairly brief and you will be largely on your own. That said, the city is absolutely worth a visit
