Orientação - Começamos no Parque Narihira (perto do banheiro multifuncional), onde o seu Guia Especialista irá recebê-lo para um briefing. Antes de ir para o estábulo, você aprenderá a história escondida, os rituais e a ética essencial do sumo para garantir que você experimente a prática como um verdadeiro insider.
A prática da manhã - [High light] Testemunhar o poder bruto: Up-Close e pessoal Sinta a terra tremer e ouça o impacto enquanto os titãs do Japão se chocam a poucos metros de distância. Este não é um show turístico – é um olhar autêntico e emocionante sobre a disciplina inabalável e a energia bruta do profissional "Asageiko" (treino da manhã). 【Nota Importante: Período do Torneio】 Durante o Grand Sumo Tournament (cerca de 2 semanas em janeiro, maio e setembro), a prática começa 30 minutos antes e o tempo de visualização é de cerca de 1 hora.
Interação com lutadores -[Highlight]Sessão exclusiva de perguntas e respostas e fotos com lutadores Converse diretamente com os lutadores para ouvir suas histórias e tirar fotos pessoais junto com os atletas. ※Bonus Interativo: Quando o horário dos lutadores permitir, podemos oferecer uma oportunidade especial para os convidados do sexo masculino para entrar no ringue e experimentar um 'desafio' amigável (não disponível durante as temporadas de torneios).

MoMo was an amazing guide. She sent a helpful information WhatsApp text that was useful while we attended the Sumo Practice. This was the best part of our trip so far! We are now invested in Sumo having no prior experience thanks to Momo and the Stable Players who were so kind.
The Sumo Wrestling Morning Practice was very insightful into what these athletes endure to become professionals. This activity opened my eyes to just how rigorous their training truly is and the dedication it takes on their part. Momo (our guide) was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The Q & A session at the end also allowed interaction with the wrestlers so they could share their experiences. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone, old or young.
Absolutely fantastic Sumo experience…!!! Highly recommend if you want a real life no games Sumo experience, please come and enjoy this Sumo wrestling matches. You see the heart, soul, blood, sweat and dedication that each of these professionals put in, day in, and day out. Their passion and love for this sport is like no other. We attend the morning practice session with our guide Ryoko. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole morning, it was interesting and informative and have recommended this experience to many others since attending mid May. Ryoko was a terrific guide and went above and beyond helping us to the metro after and assisting us to get to the fish markets, even breaking her own journey to make sure we were on the right track. No hesitation, in our option this experience was better that the more touristy options.

so great!! very fun, authentic, interesting, informative, especially when we couldn’t get tickets to the tournament. could not recommend it more highly (nor could my japanese friend with whom we were traveling)

Guides were very nice and informative. They gave us insight on sumo wrestling and Japan/Tokyo as a whole. Really interesting to see the sumo stables and ask questions!

This was a truly memorable and absolutely amazing experience. Our guides Tai and Momo we’re fantastic and very knowledgeable and passionate about Sumo. If you are going to be in Tokyo, this is something to add to your itinerary that would make things that much more memorable.

This is a magnificent experience witnessing the wrestlers in a genuine training session. You witness drills leading up to actual practice “fights” and then get to talk to each of the wrestlers. Fantastic 😀 We had a great guide, Ryoko, who made the whole morning extremely interesting and enjoyable. Ryoko also helped get us to our next experience via the metro, thanks again
