Pops and Simpson truly made our zipline adventure unforgettable! From the very first clip-in, they kept the energy high, the jokes flowing, and—most importantly—made sure we felt completely safe the entire time. Their balance of fun and professionalism was spot on. You could tell they love what they do, and it made the whole experience that much better. Great trip!!!! Def need to be able to walk and move around. Not afraid of a zip line! it’s super safe and the guides are fantastic! Sophia and Peter are awesome! The lunch is so good!!!! Don’t be afraid! Jason and his whole crew at the zip line were well trained. Did this off a cruise excursion.

I zipped three lines. It was exhilarating and I wanted each one to last longer. The scary part was walking over a long richety wobbly bridge with only rope to hold to get to the starting point. But if I can do it as an older solo traveler, anyone can!

The only reason for the 3 stars is because of the length was over way to soon.The instructors were very knowledgeable and entertaining. Made the nervousness much less.

I went here for my first time during a Cruise trip in April and it was so much fun! I thought it would be scary but these guys Germaine and Nick were awesome and made me and my whole group feel comfortable. They were so funny too lol And the view was so peaceful we went through nice areas of huge trees it was so beautiful , you guys did amazing and everything was smooth and very safe! thank you so much !

We did enjoy the Zip lining but apparently they offer two different length courses that we were unaware of. The one that comes with this package is super short and only 4 zip lines long while the longer course adds another 4 much longer zip lines.

We booked this excursion so that we could zip line. The tour company did not reserve any zip line tickets (we found out after we arrived at Dunn River Falls) so we could not zipline. The tour company only refunded 47% of our reservation amount! Do not book with this company!!

Never zip-lined before. Shaquille and Lenny took very good care of us. Made an exciting new experience feel safe and fun with a personal touch.

The falls are beautiful. Our driver, Trevor, was knowledgeable and made the long drive interesting and informative. We had an emergency and needed to contact our tour operator quickly. I contacted Viator for the number and received two bad numbers. They told me they could do nothing further to help. I will not book through Viator again.

The team at Dunns River Falls zip line was awesome!! Kept everyone safe and made it exciting and fun! Big WAH GWAN to Jerome and Shak best guides yet!! 2 time zip lining over Dunns River, it a must do while in Jamaica!!
