I would not recommend this tour company based on my experience. The biggest issue was communication. On the day of our scheduled tour, they completely forgot to pick us up. We called twice and sent messages, but no one responded until about an hour and a half after our pickup time. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and wasted a significant portion of our day. We did reschedule, but there were still concerns with professionalism. During transportation, the driver stopped on the side of the road to talk to a random woman, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. He also stopped to pick up breakfast while we were on the way to the tour, which seemed inappropriate during a paid excursion. As for the activities, the zip lining was the highlight and was very enjoyable. The buggy ride was fun as well, although the buggy itself appeared to be in poor condition and felt like it was falling apart at times. The horseback riding was interesting, but the horses did not seem particularly well-trained, which made the experience less enjoyable. The lunch provided was decent and better than expected. Overall, the activities themselves were okay, but the poor communication, lack of professionalism, and transportation issues overshadowed the experience. This company has potential, but they need significant improvements in customer service, communication, and professionalism.

Every single minute we spent was absolutely worth it! VIVAN RD has truly become part of our travel plans. This time we visited a beautiful ranch with zip line, buggies, and horseback riding. Since this was already our third adventure with them, we simply asked for a recommendation—and what they suggested was spot on. The experience was magical! The kids had the best time, and so did we. From just one message everything was arranged, which shows that going the extra mile in service can be as simple as replying promptly and offering quality. If I could give them 10 stars, I would, but the system only allows 5 😅 Thank you so much, VIVAN RD—you’re doing an amazing job. We’ll definitely see you again soon!

We traveled to the Caribbean and booked several excursions including buggy discover with the company of RDdiscovery which made us all the reliable experience we made the online reservation in short thanks to RDD for the service. This experience in buggy worth it was very exciting everything took us to a ranch where we were told all the safety measures after that we drove the buggy to Macau beach along the way there are mud roads that make you enjoy the trip also take you to a typical house where they have shops and tastings of some national drinks like coffee and mamajuana after that we passed to a beautiful cenote with crystal blue water beautiful cave is a beauty and in the end they take us to Macau beach this beach is the most beautiful photos here are amazing if you want to enjoy this experience and with this company your customer service is 10/10 thanks until next DR

It was an incredible time, I went with my daughter and although mud is not my thing, my daughter enjoyed it quite a bit. Thank you for the support and all the security measures.

The experience was amazing, I loved the buggies, it was an exciting excursion which is worth it, beautiful landscapes, exciting tours, the service was punctual, the driver very friendly and helpful!!! It's worth it!!

It was an incredible experience! A very kind gentleman offers airport or hotel pick-up to take you directly to the adventure. I only had the chance to enjoy the buggy tour this time, but I’m looking forward to returning soon and exploring more of their services.
