Everything went very smoothly and efficiently, lots of staff on hand from the collection from hotel, where we were dropped off, the ATV and zip wire staff, all super helpful and knowledgeable, whole experience was awesome and went very quickly almost too quickly. Kids had a blast !

We went in the rain as no refund for bad weather. Did 10 zipline platforms was ok but would have been 100x better not raining. Could not see the big buddah due to fog and there was no view due to fog from the rain. Even tho rain coats where provided still got wet and all in all definitely would have like to do in the sun shine but due to no refund for wet weather did not want to lose the money. Very disappointed in the experience

Absolutely fantastic experience!! We did the 10 platform zipline option with 1 hour ATV. All the staff were amazing and the day ran so smoothly. Got some wonderful pictures and the staff filmed us on the ATVs and zipline. Loved every minute well worth doing! If I went back I would deffo pay for longer on the zipline as they offer more platforms.

Excellent experience We have fun with Zipline program, We do 32 stations Zipline ,Staff is good take a care take video for us to much, We love this program make me relax and very Happy , Im gonna back to playing again😅 I’m promise

The zipline and atv was fantastic. The guides were really good. 15min at the Big Buddha is no where near enough. I would have rated this 5 stars but: the same company runs elephant rides. The entire time we were there, 2 elephants were chained up. They couldn't move their feet at all but were trying to the whole time. One was swaying its head constantly- a clear sign of men total health problems. Sadly, tourists seemed not to care and posed for selfies with these poor elephants. Vote with your money: choose an elephant sanctuary that looks after its elephants. Penang Elephant Sanctuary is a really good one.
