Do NOT book your tickets through this company. You can purchase the tickets directly at the location for about half the price. When I arrived at the location, I was unable to locate the QR code needed to pick up my tickets. Staff at the location indicated this is happening quite often with visitors arriving thinking they have tickets and they don't. I ultimately just purchased two tickets. I contacted the vendor and received NO response from them. When I contacted Viator, I was told that since they sent me an email with the information, I was not entitled to a refund. I have used Viator extensively, especially on this 14 day cruise, and had zero issues obtaining my tickets. When I clicked on the Get Tickets in my email, it simply sent me to the app and I could not locate the information I needed. So disappointed with Viator and the provider and will certainly weigh this experience for my next big vacation. Stay away from this company. Again, DO NOT purchase tickets. you don't need to purchase them in advance. Line moves very quickly and easy to obtain them on site~ Don't get fooled like I did! I don't normally leave reviews and have left a negative one before, but couldn't let this experience pass without warning others!
Horrible. Tickets were not available to show operator and operator told us they do not do business with 3rd parties. Showed booking number and confirmation # and tried to obtain QR code to no avail. Operator required us to obtain tix from their operation snd Viator would not honor a refund sadly of $60
