If you're booking the evening tour, in English, you must know that it doesn't start till 18:30. So, don't waste your time getting there early as for thers nothing else to do but buy a soft drink and wait around. We booked for family 2+4 It would be a good suggestion for tickets to include tour time schedules as for this information was lacking upon reservation. And was not included in confirmation. A point to consider, Families with children, Ask for a guide whose English is very clear and easy to follow, as my children sometimes struggle with strong accents. this would have made a big difference on keeping them engaged.

Beautifully made, made entirely in wood without using a single nail. Years of work (from 1981) but the result is improbably beautiful

A great experience for adults interested in a piece of Thai history. Started in 1981 and hoped to be completed some time in the 2050's. You can see the craftsmen/women carving the parts. Right next to the sea with elephants and horses on site too.
