Being able to experience the magic of Egypt's history was always on the bucket list and after doing a lot of research on tours and guides I was so grateful to have chosen Michael and his team at BTS Travel Solutions. Michael didn't just book a trip. The itinerary he crafted was nothing short of brilliant. From the thoughtful order in which we visited sites, ensuring we hit major locations at the ideal times, to the access we had to incredible hidden spots that most tourists completely miss—it was all next-level planning. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the depth of knowledge his team brought. Having a dedicated archaeologist with us to explain the history at every turn made the ancient sites come alive. Michael is meticulous; his knowledge on the best local markets, from local street food to hidden restaurants, and all the cultural nuances that transformed this trip into an immersive experience. These are details that would be impossible for an average traveller to uncover. It was clear to see his tours are based on sharing his love and passion for his Egyptian heritage, something you simply don't get with your average tour. I was incredibly impressed by how safe I felt the entire time, even as a blonde female travelling across different regions in different settings. The itinerary was so carefully and well-planned, right down to the transfers and logistics, that I felt absolutely zero stress. Egypt is a sensory overload on every level and if you want to move beyond the tourist crowds and truly experience the beauty, history, and culture safely and stress free, I'd have no hesitation in recommending BTS to make that happen. The tour experience was above what I expected: Insightful, and Ahmed was so knowledgeable. His staff were friendly. Mr. Adel was my airport helper as he greeted me (with my name on the post), helped me through the security process. He then took me through the departing airport process (sooo grateful for him). Mr. Tarek was our driver, wow! does he know how to work the traffic. So courteous. In case you're wondering about safety, believe me, Ahmed made certain I was absolutely safe from the pick-up points (hotel, airport, tours) I will definitely use his business again.
