This was pretty cool. Everyone was super friendly, they were all happy to take pictures for us using our own phones. You were still able to get your pictures taken by them and purchase them later as well. It was really great experience as you are able to roam around on your own time and really enjoy each room.

Amazing a must for Friends fans! We visited 7 sept and had the ultimate package. Well worth the money we absolutely loved it. The props, sets and staff are amazing. Big thanks to Ruby and Destiny who made the experience by joining in the fun with us and taking loads of photos. Highly recommend ….. Pivot!!!

I absolutely loved The FRIENDS™ Experience! Visiting just one day after Matthew Perry’s birthday made it especially emotional. Chandler was such an important part of the show, and being surrounded by so many memories from the series felt incredibly meaningful. Walking through Monica and Rachel’s apartment, visiting Joey and Chandler’s apartment, and sitting inside Central Perk felt like stepping directly into the show. The attention to detail was amazing, but my favorite part was getting to recreate some of the most iconic scenes—like riding the ceramic dog when the girls had to switch apartments and eating the best cheesecake from the floor in the hallway! For a true Friends fan, this is much more than a collection of sets. It is a chance to relive the laughter, friendships, and unforgettable moments that made the series so special. It was nostalgic, emotional, fun, and everything I hoped it would be. Could I BE any happier that I visited?

A must see for any Friends fan. The memorabilia and sets were amazing. Felt like we were part of the show. The people were amazing and took as many pics we wanted on our phone. And even the pictures they took didn't cost an arm and a leg like other attractions.

This was by far our favorite "museum" experience in NYC. Very interactive and a lot of fun. Our teens especially had a blast. We loved seeing the memorabilia, being able to see and have photos taken in the re-created sets, and being able to dine in the cafe. Unlike other museums, this one was not overcrowded and you didn't feel rushed through. We felt they did a great job on keeping guests spaced out. We were there as part of our daughter's Make a Wish trip and Tracey really went above and beyond - you made our visit so memorable.

If you love friends then you’ll love the experience, wife & I went for the ultimate experience which gave you digital photos per person(great if you’re with the other half), mug & a coffee at the end. The staff are absolutely amazing, they also take photos , very friendly & smiley….

We really enjoyed this - a bit of good fun. Not heavy sell on photos or loads of theatre style films you’re forced to watch. Just walk round at your own pace - take as many pics as you want. Basically theres some of the original outfit’s there and a load of costumes you can take pics with. The best bit is all the iconic scenes are made up for you to sit and pose in. The staff will happily take pics for you on your phone as well as the pro ones together. Up to you if you want to buy theirs - the full digital package is $30 so we for it as not too pricey but ended up with 100s of pics to reduce down to some best!

The experience was surreal actually stood in the friends experience, watching the show for years and actually been in the show was a mind blowing experience. What an amazing experience from start to finish, the staff were brilliant and if your a friends fan you’ve got to do this whilst your in New York City.

This was a fun attraction! There are staff in all of the rooms who will take your pictures with your phone camera and also their cameras and print them for purchase if you want. I loved that we weren’t obligated to since we also had them on our phones. We went on a Saturday evening at 7 and it wasn’t crowded. Perfect amount of people. Loved the details that went into creating the set. We had a lot of fun!
