I had a fantastic experience with a private lesson then a 2 hour ride through the canyon. As a rider all of my life but out of the saddle for over 5 years Anita could not have made me feel anymore comfortable or confident. Her yard is immaculate and horses extremely well cared for. She knows their temperament inside out. Fabulous day, thank you for getting me back in the saddle! 🩷
We really enjoyed the 2-hour horseback riding excursion in Gran Canaria! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Riding through the beautiful landscape and enjoying the amazing scenery was truly unforgettable. The horses were lovely, and everything was very well organized. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Gran Canaria!

Loved it, guides were lovely and friendly. Horses looked happy and healthy. One think i would advise is trousers, the saddles nip your legs!!!

Easy booking experience and prompt transport to/ from hotel. We went on a very mixed ride from beginners to advanced and all were well matched to their horses. They were very focused on safety which is obviously a good thing when horses are involved and horses are very well looked after. My husband and I went for a gallop while our daughters stayed with the rest of the ride. I rode the lovely Buba who was very sweet and fun!

Horse Riding Experience in the Mountains We had a lovely time on this mountain horse-riding experience, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. Riding through the mountains was a memorable experience and the setting was truly spectacular. That said, I would say this experience is better suited to confident and experienced riders rather than beginners or young children. The rocky and uneven terrain can be quite daunting if you’re not used to riding outside an arena, and there were a few moments where the horses’ temperament put us in some fairly dicey situations. Overall, it was a beautiful and enjoyable trip, but I think the experience would benefit from being more clearly advertised as being suitable for experienced riders. For inexperienced riders or children, I would recommend choosing a gentler route with calmer horses and less challenging terrain.

Just returned from our 2 hour horse ride - and it was amazing! I went with my 8 year old daughter and we both got to gallop up the mountain together, having the best time. The horses and guides were fantastic- a really fun experience balancing beginners and experienced riders. The horses are well looked after and happy and the guides are knowledgeable and good fun. Highly recommended this! We would go again if we weren’t flying home…

The tour guides and the pickup were really top-notch! However, our excursion was booked in German and was then conducted in English, but that was not so bad. Everything was explained well to us and the horses are super sweet. The view was truly dreamlike!!! The path there, however, is steep in parts and very rocky; you have to hold on tight, which you should keep in mind... Otherwise, it was an overall nice experience.

Been with my daughter. Was a very nice experience. Very friendly staff who speak their languages well. Nice horses and nicely ridden. Definitely worth repeating!
Super friendly and helpful staff! I'm terrible with names but one was I think Michelle / Michaela (Spanish or Canarian) and the other I think Rhianne (Scottish?). I'm a beginner and my daughter advanced so we had slightly different experiences but they were both completely suitable for our levels. My daughter came back from the gallop beaming! The nature of the island means that the landscape is rugged (but beautiful) and the horses were clearly used to it as they seemed comfortable with the trek throughout. If you're looking for a gentle pony trek along easy footings then horse riding in Gran Canaria is probably not what you're looking for generally. If you want dramatic scenery, fantastic views and glorious sunshine on sturdy steeds across rugged terrain with friendly and helpful staff then book this place!
