Driver was on time and was not sure which airport Hilton I needed. The first one we stopped at, he came in with me to make sure it was the correct hotel. It was not, however he dodo get directions to the proper hotel. Great trip overall. Will definitely use Viator again

My driver was Marius and he was wonderful. He texted me about an hour before pick up time and said he was ready whenever I was good to go. He picked me up outside the cruise terminal as agreed and I had a smooth ride into London. It was a great way to travel!

Easy peasy way to get from Southhampton cruise port to Heathrow. Only suggestion would be for driver to use WhatsApp to contact us on the day of pick-up vs. calling to avoid any unnecessary cell phone charges. Driver was on time, where he said he'd be and all went very well - nice calm, stressfree end to our trip!

Transatlantic Cruise on NCL disembarked at Horizon Cruise terminal Southampton. Don’t be sheep and get ripped off. Heavily enforced taxi geared to overpricing . Book an Uber for a fraction of what the other taxis charged. Walk a short distance to the IKEA store and you can get more reasonably priced cabs. We were able to get an extremely comfortable van to the Flat we rented in London without being fleeced.

We don't understand why you're leaving this review as there was no need for you to drag your luggage 15 to 20 minutes up the road to then wait and pray that the Uber Driver would take you to London. Viator of Tripadvisor is simply awesome. It has made both our cruise and our visit of London that much easier and more comfortable. Our use of Viator's services in our Oct 2023 trip included: 1. Private Shuttle Services between Southampton Cruise Terminals and London, both back and forth and 2 Private Shuttle between Heathrow airport to our hotel Hyatt Regency, London-Churchill, back and forth. Vicator's services included the driver, the large comfortable car, its total reliability (on time in all four long trips) and the price are all super. I have no hesitation to recommend Viator to all our friends and other future passengers. In all, Viator's services are sincerely appreciated and highly recommended by us.
