After reviewing the situation, we found that Kadek was at the hotel waiting for you at 3pm, which was one hour prior to your scheduled pickup time of 4pm. Therefore, we believe the accusation that he was late to pick you up is unfounded. We apologize if Kadek was unable to answer all of your questions during the tour. We will ensure that our drivers receive additional training to better assist our guests. Regarding the seafood dinner, we understand that your husband does not like seafood. We apologize if this was not communicated effectively in advance. We will take this feedback into consideration when designing future tour packages.
