Very nice trip with beautiful views.
Very knowledgeable guide and very patient! Stunning buildings and views and add in the history and it becomes real.
3 stars because The guide was knowledgeable about the history which I could have read on line. Most of the place has been renovated or reconstructed. Maybe 10% original. I would only go here if I had time to waste AND would do this on my own.
Tour was good, but it would have been better if we had been given headsets to be able to hear the tour guide. Because of the size of the group, we sometimes were too far away to hear her and we missed out on a lot of information that she was telling us.
This tour was €20, which is excellent value. At the same time, you have to expect that the quality will not be the same as a €50 tour. Two things to note, the meeting point is at the railings BESIDE the glass pyramid and not AT the pyramid as advertised. Neither the helpline nor the chat box were answered when I had an issue with the same. Our tour lasted just short of one hour.
It is very informative even for someone that doesn't like history that much. We enjoyed it a lot. The children also learned lots to tell people when they get back home. The tour guide Natalia was great.
The Guide was Not at the Meeting Point. We left Without the Sightseeingtour. We are very sad, because we waited very Long before we left.
Fabiola was fantastic!! She told a lot of history of the city itself, along with the Roman theater and the fortress. It was worth so much more than we paid and a must see!!
Amazing tour, very interesting city and the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable would definitely recommend!
Well worth taking the guided tour. I was the only person booked for the tour, so I was lucky to have 2 beautiful and knowledgeable guides all to my self. Maria and her partner (sorry, I forget her name) shared great insight and context about the Alcabaza, from ancient to more modern times. In addition, they exuded kindness and warmth throughout the tour!
