Although my flight was delayed for several hours, Chris was fantastic at keeping me updated via text. We had no issues at pickup, he was very detailed and accommodated our needs. The trip to negril was long but he had great conversation and good knowledge of the land. I'd use them again. Nichole was also great on the return.

Chris was amazing! He made sure to get us to our tours and activities on time. He timed everything perfectly and knew what we would like. His recommendations were on point! Local restaurants and photoshoot spots, and hairdressers! He waited while I got my braids done. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience. Chris was great with his communication. He sent me a message a few days before our vacation to confirm dates and flight information. Stayed in constant communication and was punctual at time of pickup. He was waiting for us when we landed and he was very friendly and welcoming. When it was time to leave, he communicated with us the day prior to make sure of times of our flight and what time we should meet him. All around just a great experience. We didn’t do any excursions but if I did, I would have used him. He will be my go to person when I come back again.

Great customer service and experience. Little Island Tours exceeded my expectations.

Chris was our driver from Little Island Tours, he made contact as soon as we booked to make sure we have the correct contact information and coordinate our pickup. Our flight had multiple delays due to weather and crew scheduling, but Chris was happy to accommodate our pickup even though our flight came in 7 hours later than scheduled. Our resort was about an hour from MBJ. Chris was safe, kept it at a safe speed, and we never felt like we were close to having an accident. The van was clean and very well maintained. It was only 2 of us but you could easily fit several people. I would definitely recommend Little Island Tours and especially Chris for airport pickups, as a driver or for tours.
