The opening hours of churches, museums, and cultural sites on the islands are managed by external authorities and may occasionally change due to maintenance, temporary closures, or other operational reasons. We always do our best to provide the scheduled itinerary, but we cannot guarantee access to locations that are not open or available on the day of the visit. Regarding Murano, the time allocated on the island follows the planned tour schedule and includes the glass-making demonstration, which is an important part of the experience and allows our guests to discover one of the island’s most famous traditions. We understand that some visitors may prefer more free time for shopping and exploring independently, but the duration of each stop is established in advance as part of the itinerary. The same applies to Burano and Torcello: the time available on each island follows the planned schedule, while visits to museums or specific attractions depend on their opening hours at the time of the tour. We are sorry if the group size affected your comfort during the first part of the excursion. During particularly busy periods, the number of participants may increase, but our team always works to ensure that the experience remains enjoyable and well managed for everyone. Regarding the vessel replacement, we confirm that the capacity was managed in full compliance with the maximum limit allowed by regulations, without ever exceeding it. The technical issue was handled quickly and smoothly, always prioritizing the safety of all passengers on board. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that our guides do not have commercial agreements with local shops, nor do they force customers to make purchases or refreshments in any way. As for the stop in Torcello, the duration is calculated based on the size of the island and is generally sufficient for a complete visit. Nevertheless, we take note of your comments regarding the guide's performance and the on-board audio system, areas on which we work constantly to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. No obstante, nos gustaría aclarar que toda la información necesaria para el embarque se proporciona a los pasajeros con antelación y que los procedimientos aplicados son los mismos para todos los clientes. De hecho, en la fecha indicada, el resto de los participantes embarcó correctamente y realizó la excursión contratada sin inconvenientes. Nuestro personal sigue procedimientos operativos establecidos y la información relativa al punto de embarque se comunica a través de los canales previstos. Por este motivo, tras las verificaciones realizadas, no se ha detectado ninguna anomalía en la organización del servicio. Aunque en este caso no procede ningún reembolso, con el fin de ofrecer una solución alternativa se le propuso la posibilidad de participar en otra de nuestras excursiones en una fecha diferente. Esta opción, ofrecida como gesto de cortesía comercial, fue rechazada. Comprendemos su decepción por no haber podido participar en la excursión reservada; sin embargo, no podemos aceptar una solicitud de reembolso cuando el servicio se ha prestado con normalidad y la imposibilidad de disfrutarlo no ha sido consecuencia de una falta de prestación por nuestra parte.
