Our first trip to Dehli, our experience with Car Riders was great. The owner of the company Nitesh personally took care of us to make sure all our needs were catered to and ensured we were safe. In addition, the driver Mishrah ji was very welcoming he felt like a family member. He took extra care of us even when shopping to ensure we got value for our money. We visited Delhi & Agra for 3 days recently. Our flight was a bit delayed, we were received by the owner at 4 am who introduced us to our driver Shakti, who took us to the hotel & had been at our service for the next 4 days. The service we received was Exemplary. The driver was extremely courteous & the car was clean & tidy. We were offered free bottled water throughout our trip. Albeit the day trip to Agra was a long day. The driver was extremely patient & willing to go the extra mile to make our journey as comfortable as possible. Driver must be complimented for his safe driving. Our guide in Agra was very informative & extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Car Riders India
We were visiting India to meet family and friends. My partner wanted to visit Taj. Searched for various options online (taxi/bus/package tours) to visit Taj from Delhi. Nitesh was spontaneous in responding to our queries via email/phone. He helped us to customize the trip ... airport pick up and hotel drop was well coordinated. The driver was punctual and drove safe. Guide in Agra was good and took us around at our own pace. Car was clean and comfortable.
I loved: - very good price value - extremely knowledgeable guide in agra fort and taj mahal - good meal with reasonable price Flop: - Pick-up half-hour late in hotel without telling in any way - Begging for reviews...I suppose it's the only way to break through in tripadvisor era ;-)
