Saindo do nosso ponto de encontro, iremos em direção a Olas Altas, uma das zonas mais antigas e emblemáticas do nosso porto, para chegar à nossa primeira taqueria e cervejaria artesanal.
Passaremos pelo Parque Bonfil onde você poderá apreciar a maior frota de camarão da América Latina e entender as tradições culinárias do camarão em Mazatlan.
Continuaremos nossa jornada até nosso próximo fornecedor, onde você comerá um dos tacos mais populares do México, o Taco al pastor, onde explicaremos a verdadeira origem desse taco.
Depois de saborear os maravilhosos sabores do taco al pastor, seguiremos pelo belo malecón de Mazatlán até chegarmos ao nosso próximo destino, onde você verá o processo de cozimento de nossos tacos de carne assada e tortilhas artesanais.
Continuaremos nossa aventura culinária para experimentar um dos tacos mais representativos de Sinaloa e, em seguida, seguiremos para nosso destino final, o bar Mezcal, onde o mestre residente do mezcal o guiará pela degustação do mezcal tradicional, explorando o sabor doce, defumado, floral e herbal sabores da bebida pré-hispânica.

I had an incredible tour with Paola. 11/10, book with her/Tomatl immediately! I will definitely be taking this same tour again next time I’m in Mazatlán. Paola took us to several fantastic taco spots I never would have discovered on my own. As a professional chef, she has a great passion for food, and she taught me so much throughout the day. Beyond the culinary experience, she shared fascinating insights into the history and local culture of the city. I walked away with so much new information and loved every minute of it. Highly recommended!"
Great food! 4 totally different kinds of taco places, each with with Paola’s historical explanation and authenticity of the food. We had shrimp, beef, pork and chicken. Each looked different and were delicious. I, personally, only eat chicken and fish, but I did have a taste of the other two—couldn’t miss the experience. We finished the tour with a mezcal and tequila tasting at a really classy and historical bar. Paola is a wonderful guide. She does cooking classes as well. We plan to book one of those next time.
Paola’s taco tour was a family favorite!! This tour is not only a taco tour but Paola knowledge of the area and its history is fantastic. Recommend Paolo’s taco tour 10/10
I'm sure the rest of our family will agree that the taco mezcal tour was a wonderful experience. We learned much about the area and the salty feet people of Mazatlan. The food was delicious and we learned the art of drinking mezcal. I would highly recommend this tour. We found our way back to one of the taco bars as we just couldn't get enough. Five stars
We had an amazing experience with Paola, She went out of her way to make her experience, unique, and tailored to specific needs. Her passion comes through on the tour as everything is well explain and make the experience all that much more enjoyable. She’s knowledgable about her City therefore you get a good understanding of where you’re at and what you can see and do next. Her English is amazing. Therefore there’s nothing you can ask that she won’t understand. We went to four different eateries and had four very unique but equally excellent choices.
We had an amazing time with Paola showing us parts of Mazatlan that were a little less touristy. The tacos were so delicious and it was great to hear the food history as we ate. This was some of the best food we had on our week in Mazatlan and we plan to book another experience with Paola when we go back!
ALL. THE. TACOS. After doing a cooking class w/Paola 2 years ago, we opted for this deep dive into tacos! We had 4 very different styles at her fave spots then washed everything down with a mescal tasting. Learned LOTS & even got a ride back to our resort. Until next time, Paola!
The tacos were the best I've ever tasted. We went to 4 places and experienced each restaurant's speciality. Evening concluded with Mezcal tasting. Paola is very knowledgeable in Mazatlan culture and history. Speaks perfect English..
AMAZING TOUR! Paola is wonderful and very knowledgeable! We ate and drank well. Paola took us to her favourite Taco places and she was able to give us the history of the places. We had so much fun and ate the best tacos ever! Paola is a very passionate tour guide! Highly recommend this tour. You won’t be disappointed
Paula was great! She is knowledgeable about the history and culture of the tacos of Mexico and willing to share recommendations for others things to do in the area. The stops we made were great and the tacos amazing and all so different.
