O serviço deve ser reservado pelo menos 24h antes do horário de retirada. 15 minutos para retiradas locais e 30 minutos para retiradas no aeroporto estão incluídos no preço (contados a partir do horário programado de retirada - leia nossos Termos e Condições), após os quais cobraremos taxas adicionais de espera e estacionamento, quando aplicável. IMPORTANTE! Por favor, certifique-se de que seu telefone esteja ligado e que você esteja disponível para receber chamadas no momento da retirada, usando o número fornecido na reserva. Não fazer isso pode fazer com que sua reserva seja marcada como não comparecimento do cliente, caso não consigamos localizá-lo no local de retirada. NOTA: 1 Bagagem Grande significa até MAX 20KG (Tamanho L (75) mede MAX 75x51x28 cm), 1 Bagagem Pequena significa bagagem de mão até 10KG. (Tamanho S (50) mede MAX 55x40x20 cm.)

The pick up time was at 3 and he told us by phone call at 1.30 to finally pick us up at 2.30 because of the traffic. Also they dont leave you in the departures side if the airport, but 15 minutes walking carrying the luggage by foot under the sun. If you go with a lot of luggage or children or old people is not worth It. We had to walk a lot meanwhile we saw how buses from Victoria station (much more cheaper) arrive to the main entrance of the airport. If you pay way more than a bus you expect at least to arrive to the main entrance of the airport.
Yiannakis picked me up early and gave a very smooth experience from start to finish. I’ve been using Umbrella for a few years now and they’re always reliable and offer excellent service.

it was the second time we used umbrella transfer. everything impeccable. the driver Daniel was very punctual. and we really appreciated the panoramic road that took us through the city and then headed towards the airport. we were really happy. daniel was kind and helpful. next time we return to London we will book again umbrella
