Driver never showed up and was not answering neither calls and messages very disappointed and frustrating after 14 hours flight, never book with this provider I’m just waiting for my refund

He greeted us with a warm smile and helped with all our luggage like a true professional. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and air-conditioned — exactly what we needed after a long flight. But what really made the difference was Enes himself. He was not only punctual and courteous, but genuinely welcoming. He gave us tips on local must-sees, neighborhoods to explore, and even the best spots for Turkish coffee. You could tell he truly cared about making our first impression of Istanbul a memorable one. We felt safe, comfortable, and already in love with the city before we even reached our hotel. These people have fake pictures to lure you into booking, and then they show up in a dirty, beat-up van that had been involved in an accident, and the seat belts didn't even work (see photos). The luggage compartment was filthy and greasy, plus it needed more room for our luggage because they had an extra tire back there (not the spare tire). There were no markings on the vehicle or company information inside, and the driver did not speak basic English. On the phone with their "dispatch," we requested a safe vehicle that looked like what they showed on their Viator site, but they refused to provide the advertised "VIP" service. Their "dispatched' person was very rude and literally told us that we had to get in the van or they would leave us stranded at the airport, which they did. The other issue is that they direct you to an area just outside the terminal where many companies are staging passengers. Then they have you stand there for over an hour while they gather enough customers. We actually booked a private vehicle but were made to wait regardless. Eventually, they make you walk 10-15 minutes out to a parking structure while you carry all your luggage. Lastly, they made us stand in some other queue to wait for the vehicle; for us, it took about another hour; that's when the horrible van showed up, and they tried to force us into this unsafe vehicle. We managed to get a proper vehicle through our hotel's concierge. Still, the entire experience robbed us of about four hours. The Viator customer service refused to refund our money because the operator, İstanbul Airport Transfer, has a "Note" in the "About" section of their Viator profile, which reads, "We always promise to send you a new Mercedes Vito chassis. However, the interior design of the cars coming to you may change at any time. We have many cars and the interior design of each car is different. Please remember this warning." The fact that Viator allows operators to place such notes makes them complicit in the operator's "Bait & Switch" scam. They sell you "VIP" transportation but only provide unremarkably inferior vehicles and no service.

Got the taxi from Galataport Cruise Terminal Istanbul to airport. Booked on line. Got email. Confirmed booking. Day before ship arrived confirmed booking on WhatsApp. They sent photo of shop where I was to be picked up near block E where non bus cruisers go underground to ship. Arrived on time smooth trip to airport

While waiting for the van we had a delightful conversation with the representative who walked us to the pick up area

Excellent value for money, quick and reliable service in terms of communication and transfer. Clear directions of the meeting point. You will not find better value for money atm with the quality of the vehicle.

We booked this service 2 days before we arrived in Instanbul. Once the confirmation came the company contacted us via WhatsApp & gave all the information for the meeting point as well as how to get free Wi-Fi connection. The experience was very good & would highly recommend them.

Private car is there a bit of a chaos at the airport because you meet the company and then they called the driver for my property and you wait 15 or 20 minutes but in the end it all works. Taxi is may be less and have a flat rate so you might look into that

The owner of this service communicated with us, starting few days before pickup, by WhatsApp. He sent of direction on where to go, etc. 5/5 for this. The pickup took a bit longer than it should have. It was a bit of organized chaos. We waited at the pickup area for about 30 minutes for our van. 4/5 for this. The vehicle was a very nice, large van. The driver was very friendly. 5/5 for the ride to our lodging.

Everyone was very professional and nice. The organizers had everything under control.. The car was very nice, the driver very pleasant.
