Iryna was an excellent guide. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We learnt so much about Syracusa, which we would never have known without booking a tour.

We really enjoyed the guided tour. Our guide, Giuseppe, was so knowledgeable and kind. He shared a lot of information in 2 hours and we saw many special parts of Ortigia such as the Duomo di Siracusa and the Fountain of Arethusa. Giuseppe had great recommendations and we enjoyed the tasting of local food. Highly recommend

Giuseppe Giammanco was engaging and very knowledgeable about the history and current realities in Ortigia and the wider region. He made great efforts to answer all our questions, and went further, tailoring the tour to our individual interests, and went so far as to sit with us in a coffee shop after the tour was technically over, answering more questions and discussing life back in Sicily after having spent years in other parts of Europe. Our walking tour through the small streets of Ortigia was amazing. Iryna was our guide and was fantastic. She took us through all the hidden and famous historical parts of the city, showing the different layers of civilisations that have influenced the architecture and culture. Great tour highly recommend!
Waited in the midday sun for 20 minutes and the guide did not show up.
