This experience was a 10/10! Our guide Angel was the best! He was super knowledgeable about the turtles and took us to the best spots to see them! I even got the chance to touch one! I highly recommend this tour and asking for Angel as your tour guide!

Had an amazing day today with our guide Louis. We arrived early and they let us start the tour straight away. We were given wrist bands and taken through to the sea. Couldn’t believe we were the only 2 people with a private guide. It was wonderful, Louis was very patient and gave us well over an hour swimming with the turtles and exploring the reef. Then we stayed in Akumal to enjoy the rest of our day. Thanks :)

Guide was great but trip was only half as long as what was advertised. Paid for pictures and never received them.

Victor did a great job. We saw a few turtles and stingrays and I’m glad we booked ahead instead of getting flagged down in the driveway of the beach

The snorkel tour with the turtles was an absolute highlight! The guide was super competent and explained everything important about the animals and environmental protection. Being so close to the turtles in the crystal clear water – an unforgettable experience! The equipment was top, the atmosphere perfect, and I felt safe at all times.

Great communication throughout the whole experience. We saw 9 turtles and a lot of other sea animals, the kids (11 & 9) can’t stop boasting of how cool the experience was. Worth it!

Poorly organized. I left disappointed. The guide made us feel rushed and did not wait for my family. Some are weaker swimmers and the guide was wearing flippers. We could barely keep up to her. Once we got to a spot that was relativity clear she hurried is along and could not enjoy viewing the fish. We did see a few turtles but it'so crowded you were constantly getting kicked and having all the sand kicked up you could barely get a clear view. Save your money and get a boat tour to Cozumel. You will see more and not feel rushed. Very disappointed...
