Ken’s Sushi Making class was excellent. I had a wonderful time with my husband and we learned a lot. His instructions were easy to follow and the fish was fresh and delicious. He also recommended some other dishes to try during our travels. I would highly recommend this experience.
Hi, Sarah I really enjoyed having you couple! I could see that you are really good at cooking and you will have your own sushi party back in US. Please have a great time in Japan and cook Japanese menue such as Soba noodles, and Shabushabu pot in your suite room. Ken
Very personal and non commercial experience! Time flew by and we both learned a lot and had a great delicious lunch. Strongly recommend and looking forward to explore Ken’s other offerings next time.

We had a great private sushi making lesson with Chef Ken. The class was informative and fun. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. We enjoyed that he taught four different styles of sushi rolls. Chef Ken speaks English well. Would recommend taking his class!
