Our 13-year-old twin girls had an incredible experience brushing up on their surfing skills with Odysseys Surf School in Kuta. Their instructor, Tai, and their friendly, attentive lifeguard, Yudiarta, made every lesson enjoyable and memorable. Both Tai and Yudiarta were professional, patient, supportive, and had a great sense of humour, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety. Tai truly went above and beyond, making each session fun while providing personalised feedback that helped both girls improve their technique and confidence. The equipment was in excellent condition, and everything was exceptionally well organised from start to finish. We especially appreciated that the team checked the surf conditions each day and adjusted lesson times to catch the best waves. It meant being a little flexible with the schedule, but it was absolutely worth it. Surfing with Odysseys Surf School was fun, safe, and unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to learn to surf or improve their skills in Bali, whether you're a complete beginner or already have some experience. A huge thank you to Tai and Yudiarta for making this such a fantastic experience—we hope to be back!

An amazing surf school so friendly professional. We booked 1 private for 4 days and one semi private for 2 days with Ames and Tuade for our family. They had us standing so quick and progressed super quick.. all with fun , smiles and lots of positive support. Not only the instructors but the school great communication , great pick ups and totally flexible , clean showers (which is a must as the beach has none ) clean toilets again huge bonus ! These guys are the best and totally recommend booking with them ! 5 star !!! Yes you pay a slight bit more - but worth every bit of it , do not question that ! Thank you guys for making our holiday

I experienced it with my daughter, my husband and the whole family in elementary school, high school and college. We planned for about two days, but it was too much fun, so we ended up signing up for all four days we were in Bali and surfing for two hours early in the morning. I was very satisfied with the coaches' explanations because they were easy to understand and spoke in Japanese. I want to go again. It was really nice, fun and awesome, being on the board on the first day and riding the waves!

I booked this for my husband and he had a blast! The instructor was so helpful and he loved this experience we highly recommend if you’re looking to surf no matter the level or experience. :) they also take some awesome photos to purchase so we can remember this day forever.

From booking via WhatsApp, payment, and through to learning the theory and practice, everything went smoothly. The staff and instructors are very professional, and there's also a photographer who captures the perfect photos. Surfing equipment is available here, including clothing that can be borrowed or purchased. There's a changing area, bathrooms, lockers, and free towels for those learning.

My son and I booked 1on1 lessons and I can say enough positive things about the coaches. They were patient and encouraging. Total pros!

The surfing was a really fun experience, and the guys took the time to explain everything and help you along the way. The only problem was that if you wanted to surf, you always had to wait for the people before you because they were essentially blocking your path, and you didn't want to deliberately hurt them by surfing into them. Otherwise, it was a really fun experience.

I thought it was a really cool experience. I would definitely recommend to go and do this! The instructors were professional and enthusiastic.

the teachers were very cool, in particular T, he was my teacher and he was so good at explaining and he was so calm with me. he was the best and so cool. I raccomanded this school very much!

We had a fantastic 3-day surfing experience with Odysséys Surf School — it was our first time ever trying surfing, and it couldn't have been better! The personalized beginner coaching was perfect for our family, including our 9-year-old daughter, Prisha. Prisha absolutely loved it — in fact, she didn’t want to leave the water! The coaches were incredibly professional, patient, and made the whole experience fun and safe.
