Descrição
Esta atividade é recomendada para pessoas de todas as idades a partir de 14 anos, que poderão experimentar deslizar nas ondas da Playa de Las Américas e viver uma experiência inesquecível. A atividade tem duração de 2 horas e inclui todo o equipamento necessário, como prancha de surf, roupa de neoprene, botas e lycra. Começaremos com uma sessão teórica de 20 minutos, onde explicaremos os fundamentos do surf e as técnicas para que você possa curtir suas primeiras ondas. A praia onde vamos surfar é formada por rocha vulcânica, com ondas perfeitas tanto para surfistas iniciantes quanto para os mais experientes. No mar, os participantes serão sempre acompanhados por um instrutor experiente e deverão seguir suas instruções. Ao final da aula, serão realizados alongamentos para prevenir lesões, e os participantes poderão compartilhar suas experiências. Ela voltou à escola para trocar de roupa e tomar banho em nossas instalações antes de ver as fotos tiradas pelo nosso fotógrafo. A energia positiva depois do surfe é mágica! Aloha mahalo

Os horários podem variar devido a questões de segurança, marés e condições ideais, sendo sempre ajustados para lhe proporcionar a sessão perfeita. As aulas de surf ao nascer do sol, pôr do sol e as aulas em grupo exigem um mínimo de 3 a 5 surfistas. Para reservar instrutores de polonês, russo, francês ou italiano, é necessário fazê-lo com 48 horas de antecedência. Nosso instrutor polonês, Thor, está disponível apenas aos domingos e segundas-feiras. Reservas feitas após as 18h00 precisam ser confirmadas por nossa equipe. Você receberá uma mensagem quando sua reserva for processada. Caso não receba, entre em contato conosco pelo e-mail oceanlifetenerife@gmail.com ou pelo WhatsApp. Todas as reservas requerem confirmação prévia para garantir a disponibilidade e as melhores condições marítimas.
- Política de cancelamento: reembolso de 100% se cancelado com 24 horas de antecedência; fora desse prazo, nenhum reembolso será concedido.

Great surf school! It was my first time on a board and I felt very well instructed. The fact that the group consisted of only five students was also very positive, as the instructor had a good overview and was able to help everyone. Definitely recommended. I would book again anytime. :)

Crazy experience, super recommended to anyone who wants to try surfing for the first time. The instructors are super, they make you feel immediately at ease and guide you step by step to be able to ride the wave. Fun guaranteed!!

Great place for surfing lessons, jurek is a great instructor , very friendly and patient .I would recommend this surf school for beginners and the more experienced.

I had the best time with Ocean Life Tenerife from start to finish! I booked online, and when the conditions weren’t great on the original date, they got in touch and rearranged for a better time—super professional. The others in the group didn’t turn up, but Jerzy still took me out solo. Man, he worked me hard! Such a positive, kind guy who really made sure I had the best experience. All the equipment is included, the changing facilities are clean, and you can securely leave your gear in the shop. Showers are available after too. Would definitely recommend!
