Here’s a refined version: Super Safari itself was an amazing experience, and Jan was an exceptional guide throughout the entire day. His positive attitude, energy, and friendly spirit made everything enjoyable and seamless. He truly played a huge role in making the trip memorable. That said, I do have some concerns regarding the Safari venue itself. The food quality and some interactions with the staff were not at the same level as the experience provided by our guide. We were also charged 200 EGP for sand-protection glasses, which seemed significantly overpriced compared to what they typically cost if purchased elsewhere. Fortunately, Jan’s professionalism and dedication helped smooth over these issues and ensured that we still had a fantastic day overall. The safari activities were great, and thanks to him, the experience remained enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended because of the guide and the experience itself.

Highlight: Quad and buggy riding lasts about an hour. Low light: the ride to the Bedouin village is not for the faint of heart or sensitive ears and also takes an hour round trip. You sit on the camel for only a few minutes. Ethical aspects of mass tourism in a Bedouin village are overlooked here. Many extras are offered for an additional fee, but without pressure. The tour guides are nice and helpful. Overall, it is a great program and worth recommending.

The initial contact was smooth and very friendly from the organizer's side. The pickup was also punctual and professionally organized – we were initially really positively surprised. Small delays occurred only because there were initially no vehicles available on site, and we had to wait for the return of another group. However, that was hardly worth mentioning for us. Likewise, I would normally not criticize that the driving time indicated in the description with the buggies and later the quads turned out to be slightly shorter than announced. The booked price was initially quite affordable. However, we got the impression that additional money was made on-site through unexpected extras that were not clearly stated in the description. The 10 euro government fees were mentioned, and we had no problem with that. However, an additional 5 euros were charged for a very cheaply made Bedouin scarf – without this, the ride would hardly have been pleasant. Additionally, another 4 euros were charged for the rental of a heavily used pair of safety glasses. This overall seemed quite non-transparent. Unfortunately, there were still several points that significantly worsened the overall impression: The announced "dinner in the Bedouin village at sunset" did not take place as such. By the time of sunset, we were already on our way back to the hotel. Instead, we ate at the quad station – a rather unappealing environment that had nothing in common with the described atmosphere. Therefore, we found the provider's description on Check24 to be misleading. Furthermore, the excursion was advertised as "suitable for all fitness levels." We cannot confirm that. The jeep ride through the desert was extremely fast-paced and physically very demanding. The route to the Bedouin village covered more than 25 km through the desert. My companion has had back pain since then. From our perspective, this excursion is by no means suitable for all health conditions without reservation. However, particularly shocking was the treatment of a lion cub at the end of the event. The animal was passed around for photos for a fee. It appeared apathetic and possibly sedated. For us, this clearly gave the impression of animal cruelty and should not be part of a tourist offering in our opinion. Very unfortunate, as the trip actually started off promisingly. Thus, the overall impression at the end was all the more disappointing.
we were a group of friends of eight. Alain welcomed us very well. The day is perfect there is nothing to say about beautiful landscapes, the history of Martinique told by Alain and a restoration in a small restaurant we ate well. Bravo I recommend to everyone. Thanks. Alain
