This is definite ‘must do’ activity, so easy even if you have never been on a kayak. George was an amazing and so knowledgeable and interested in both his subject and in what we all did. The trip was exactly the right length of time and really fun for me and my daughters. George prepared a lovely breakfast on the beach after we had seen the sunrise and it was idyllic and we were the only people there. The pre visit information was clear and the communication was good too. Definitely a 5 star rating thank you George

Although we woke up very early this morning with my husband Luca, it was worth it! The 2 escorts were excellent and very supportive throughout the trip. They were very pleasant and provided us with information about the history of Rhodes. The sunrise is really beautiful from the sea and the traditional Greek breakfast in Laodice was perfect! The escorts take photos of the day and send them immediately after the completion of the activity via email so that we can keep the memories of this awesome experience. We strongly recommend it! We had a great time! Of course we want to repeat it!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Different stops along the way which are beautiful to see. It is a completely different perspective being on the sea with the sunrise. It is tiring but well worth it for the experience. Daniel was friendly and helped us throughout.

Guides were great, really friendly and helpful. I have marked the experience down due to no fault of there own but other people we was with had sickness whilst waiting for the sunrise and this resulted in us not watching the sunrise (which was the whole reason of the trip) and going straight to the beach. I would recommend that if this happens again in the future for one of the guides to take that person back instead of making the whole group miss out on the experience.

Just to clarify a few points: according to our guides, the group did in fact witness the sunrise as originally planned. Afterwards, they headed to Ladiko Beach to enjoy snorkeling and breakfast. Following that, the group visited the sea cave and Anthony Quinn Bay—exactly as outlined in the itinerary. The photos from the day clearly support this timeline. Regarding the guest who felt seasick: they were picked up by car from Ladiko Beach, which caused no delays or disruption to the rest of the group. We’re sorry if any decisions made by our guides—always with safety and the smooth operation of the tour in mind—came across as rushed. Please rest assured that we are continuously monitoring and working to improve if needed the quality of our services.
My boyfriend and I went on the sunrise kayaking experience and it was incredible! George and Kez were our guides and were both absolutely amazing - we had a full expanation about the kayaks, they provided lots of info on fun facts and the history of Rhodes and were super friendly and chatty throughout - we had the best time! After watching sunrise in the water, we stopped at Ladiko Bay for an authentic Greek breakfast. On our way back we headed to Anthony Quinn Bay - a lovely chance to see this bay’s crystal clear waters and scenery without the crowds! Overall, we would highly recommend the sunrise kayaking experience with Trekking Hellas to anyone visiting Rhodes. The early start is 100% worth it!

Had a great time. The team were really good, explained how to use the equipment very well for the best experience. Sunrise was amazing! Snorkeling was really fun as well, saw loads of fish.

I recommend this activity 100%, the animators are great, the breakfast is excellent, the diving while preparing breakfast is just magnificent in addition to being able to see the underwater fauna and all that in addition to explanations on the names of certain coves and caves with a bit of mythology. The route must be about 8km but we managed to do it after leaving a nightclub so it should be within everyone's reach!!

An experience to be had, the activity is truly complete between canoeing and a little diving session with mask and snorkel at the top! And without forgetting the simple but effective lunch pose! The instructors are really cool 👍🏼
We had a fantastic time with Maria and her team. We initially received life vests and dry bags for our belongings. Then, there was a thorough and informative briefing on the kayaks, followed by a short warm-up before we set off. The team guided us to beautiful coves, shared Greek history with us, and we were able to enjoy a magnificent sunrise afterward. Next, with our small group, we explored a small cave and had our first break with a short snorkeling session and a delicious breakfast. On the way back, we explored more coves, and throughout, they took pictures that we will receive. Many thanks to Maria and her team for the fantastic start to the day; we felt very comfortable and had a great time!
