This was an amazing experience! Since we went right before tourist season, we were able to get a private tour. Drastirioi is an amazing instructor. He knew our level and catered the class to help us work on the basics that we could take into our everyday. We were sore for days..in a great way! The location in the National Garden was also beautiful! We highly recommend the class! Great way to start your day!
Gregory was a wonderful and friendly host! He was patient and thorough when explaining the exercises and made sure everyone was at a comfortable level for their body’s abilities. He was also super respectful and just overall made the experience great for everyone. I would totally recommend this activity if you have a spare morning in Athens :)
Amazing pilates lesson me and my wife really had an amazing time and learned a lot! The national garden was amazing place!
This class was amazing! Gregory, our instructor, was so friendly, and he made sure we were all comfortable and having a great time. The private class allowed him to work closely with us, and we felt so good after our session was finished. The location of the class was beautiful as well. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique experience in Athens!

It was amazing! It was a lovely experience. I went there alone as I decided to go an excursion to Athens! I am from Evia, a beautiful island. I went to Athens to meet friends and to have relaxing time. So, I took time to have some exercise near the sea. It was really amazing. It was a powerful mix exercise of pilates near the sea and I am happy cause I had this experience. Congratulations to Gregoris.
The experience was very pleasant and relaxing. The instructor was very helpful and corrected my mistakes, i had some amazing pictures with the sunset during the lesson and I will definitely join again soon!
The experience was so lovely and cute. I am not very fit but my friend and I really enjoyed the experience with sunrise and after the experience we enjoyed a nice brunch!
Gregoris is perfectly trained, attentive, patient, contagious and very passionate! He is the trainer who devotes time to laying a solid foundation for the right technique!
The trainer was very friendly knowledgeable and the experience was just the thing to start the day. Pilates near the beach is really nice idea and if I have time I would gladly do it again!!!
