As soon as I booked the shared airport transfer, I was offered for hot air balloon flight by Kevser from Tatildokya. At first, I keep asking for the detail as all arrangement is done through whatsapp and Kevser convinced for not worry about the arrangement.. So we paid deposit Euro 50 through the provided Link. It turn out that We made a right choise choosing this baloon air, hotel picked up is ontime, fly very high to the sky for almost 1 hour, landing is smooth. What I can say , Kevser is trusworthy.

It was an unforgettable experience!!! This tour is relatively cheaper than other travel agencies and their responses were very quick. They even provided snacks while heading to the venue where the hot air balloons were flying. I 100% recommend this tour with this travel agency!!!

In the beginning, I was able to see a very wonderful scene. The contact was also appropriate on whatsup, so I was relieved.
We did this on the Christmas morning and it was an amazing experience. Everything went well. I recommend. We went 1300 meters up. Magical!

Perfect moment to have in Goreme ! We recommand at 100%. You have nothing to do, just take warm clothes because in the morning it’s quite cold and then they Will organise everything !
Great experience! A bit of initial difficulty because it seemed that the driver was looking for a free hot air balloon while I believed that the reservation already had its own balloon. Once on board everything perfect, nice crew and very efficient
Booked a ballon trip for two, but it was cancelled due to poor weather. No problem, it happens. Enquired about a flight the next day, but there were no flights that day, again due to the weather. Or the next day. Requested a refund (as was offered in the ads), and was asked to be given it in cash (?!). Eventually persuaded them to pay it back to the credit card. Said they would call when flights became available. They didn't, and we ended up having to pay a much higher price with another company. It seems that when there are consecutive days of cancellations, demand becomes higher, so instead of re-booing people who have had their trips cancelled, it's more lucrative to cancel the booking then sell the places at a higher price. Of course, this company is not alone in this practise.
