Everything was great, and the staff was phenomenal.
If it is your first time and you are scared, they help you overcome that fear. Once you are up and start the tour, the tranquility is absolute and you would do it again. Idyllic tour.
Great horseback riding trip on the beach! Very nice and attentive guide. Healthy, calm, and well-groomed horses, very beautiful landscape. Everything was perfect, our daughter was thrilled. I waited for her return at the finca in complete relaxation.
Was an amazing experience. The horses ridden were calm so responsive and beautifully looked after. The tour guide we had was so friendly and kind and really looked after us would definitely come back again!
Beautiful walk on the beach at sunset! Very nice and professional staff. Horses well maintained and really nice to ride. We will remember the gallops on the beach for a long time. We recommend Trafalgar polo club and will come back with pleasure.

We didn’t get to go. We tried to still go despite the rain, hoping that it would let up, but when we got there, it was too cold and rainy and muddy. We never got a refund or even a partial refund because you said that we would keep our fingers crossed and hope that the rain let up. The people at the stables were Lovely and so the one Stars for them. They offered to take us two days later, told us to let them know if we wanted to come that day, but it didn’t work into our schedule and you were leaving the following day and had to drive 50 minutes to get there. When I asked for even a partial refund, we were denied because the horses were saddled. Not to mention that the woman was very rude about it and said that we weren’t thinking about time to saddle the horses, which is why only asked for a partial refund, not to mention the fact that my husband even offered cash to the gentleman there, but he refused. Considering that this activity is completely dependent on the weather, I cannot remotely understand why we would not be offered at least a partial refund. We were already on the road driving 50 min from Cadiz about 15 minutes away when we were asked if we wanted to still go on the ride, but she did not say that us saying let’s see if the rain lets up determined whether or not we could get a refund. I was very unhappy with the company and whoever was running it. The family at the actual place was very nice though, and I would’ve liked to ride with them, but it is my understanding that the person I was speaking to you was not even there. So it certainly was not their fault. My issue is with the company and whoever was making the decisions. And then she was like you can still do it another time. this was the trip that we saved up and planned for years I don’t think we will be coming back to Cadiz to ride horses from the United States.!!! if we had gotten to go, it might’ve been very nice. But the business aspect of this leaves much to be desired.

Te comenté que llovía bastante y aún asi decidiste ir, y al llegar al lugar cambiasteis de opinión, los caballos ensillados bajo la lluvia y los trabajadores también se mojaron al prepararlos (incluso uno cogió un resfriado luego de eso) te di ls opción de venir otro dia a lo que tu respuesta fue que en dos días seria posible, pero llegado el día me dijiste que estaban cansados, a esa altura el reembolso ya no es viable porque pasaron dos días. Te ofrecí la opción de dejar el paseo para una próxima vez y tu respuesta fue de mala manera, aun asi estaremos encantados de recibirles una próxima vez sin necesidad de una nueva reserva!! Saludos..
A very nice experience! The girls who attended us were very friendly and the monitor/guide was very attentive to us. It is an experience that I recommend living! It's been a pleasure!!
The experience was great. The guide was extremely nice. But know that it is not close to Cadiz. It is an hour drive from the city. I am not sure if public transportation goes that far out. We were going to take the bus from Seville but couldn’t figure out where to go. We ended up renting a car to get there and back. In summary, the activity is great. Getting there is a little tricky (otherwise I would give five stars).
Our guide was incredibly helpful. She coached us through, since we had no prior experience. Highly recommend!
