My son and I have been on a handful of ghost tours across the east coast and I can honestly say I’ll be recommending Alyssa our tour guide to all of our friends and family in the area. She was so energetic and knowledgeable it made for such a pleasant experience. If you’re in the Stuart area make sure you request her and make time for the tour.
Thank you so much for the eerily wonderful review! It means a lot to hear that after experiencing several ghost tours across the East Coast, Alyssa stood out in such a memorable way. Her energy and knowledge truly make the experience special, and we’re so glad you and your son had such a pleasant time together. We’ll be sure to share your kind words with her. Thanks again for the recommendation and for joining us in Stuart!
Take water. The guide was very knowledgeable about the subject. She reviewed the history of the treasure coast as well as the ghostly history.
Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re happy to hear that your guide provided an informative look into both the Treasure Coast’s history and its ghostly tales. We’ll be sure to share your compliments with her. We hope to welcome you back soon and yes, water is always a great tip!

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain for our tour at 8 PM. We called and inquired about a refund and were told there are no such things as refunds for inclement weather. We also got several text messages that were marine, advisory warnings stating you should seek shelter and stay out of the rain due to lightning strikes. But the company refused to reimburse us and unfortunately it was our last day in town so we were unable to reschedule. We showed up at the location and our tour guide was standing outside in the pouring rain with a single umbrella. She stated that the website was recently redone, and that the warning that this tour occurs in rain or shine may have been removed. I can tell you there was no warning on the TripAdvisor website. Just to be clear this is a walking tour not that that is mentioned anywhere on tripadvisor either but assumed. So it would’ve been an hour walking in the rain when there were warnings to stay inside due to excessive lightning strikes in the area. At this point we are out $130. We really were excited to do this tour as it got some great reviews. But when you have a child and two people in their 80s and warnings to stay inside due the lightning strikes, I feel that circumstances should be taken into account for a full refund.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — we truly regret that your tour was negatively impacted by the severe weather and the lack of clarity regarding our rain-or-shine policy. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience this caused, especially given the safety warnings, your travel schedule, and the presence of both a child and elderly guests in your group. While we aim to proceed with tours in varying weather conditions, we understand that extreme circumstances—especially involving lightning advisories—require a more flexible and thoughtful approach. Please reach out to us at guestrelations@tourismo.com with the name your booking was under, and we will be happy to assist you further and look into your case with the care it deserves. Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve both our policies and guest communication going forward.
The view was great enjoyed all the places we went. CC was fun and enjoyed my time with her. We took some pictures. The one at the theater showed a lot of activity. The one corner where CC took us to made my chest hurt. When we moved on my just was fine. Great time I do this again.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re thrilled you had a great time with CC and experienced something memorable. We’ll pass your kind words along and hope to see you again soon!
Cici was our tour guide and she was absolutely wonderful! My wife and I have made it a tradition to go on ghost tours to places we travel. This was one of the best ones because of Cici. She was so personable and made the experience very enjoyable for us. It was just my wife and I, so she told us all the fun horror stories, but also told us how she edits them for younger audiences.
Hello, Chris! Thank you for your amazing review! It’s wonderful to know Cici helped make your visit so enjoyable. Her ability to adapt her stories for different audiences is part of what makes her special. We’ll pass your kind words to her, and we hope to see you both again for more ghostly tales!
