The tour was an excellent, comprehensive experience for anyone who wants to know as much as possible about Stockholm during a full day venture. It was a great combination of history, sights and insights.

Sari, our tour guide was excellent. She was on time, communicated well upfront - and was informative, good personality, knowledgeable, and fun to spend the day with. We enjoyed our private tour of the city very much, and highly recommend Sari and Unscripted if this is the level of tour given.
Nima sent his contact information in advance. He met with us as planned at Stockholm Central station. He had read our prior information. He tailored our tour to our wishes and accommodated as the day went on. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the city.
Had a tour scheduled and paid for . We were supposed to be picked up from the cruise ship in Stockholm . No one was there as we departed the ship . Several calls to this tour group were made that morning,no one answered . We decided to take the hop on hop off bus with a ticket which included a boat ride to the Vasa . We saw more of the old town than others with tours . Needless to say This tour group is irresponsible , and if the hop on bus was not at port our trip to Stockholm would have been ruined. We would not recommend taking a chance with this tour group . Highly recommend hop on hop off to get to sites.
Dear mocha188, I am so sorry that your host never showed up for the experience you were supposed to have with us in Stockholm. Please know that we take these situations very seriously and do our best to avoid them. As our HQ team is based in London, unfortunately your experience start time was outside our office hours and we missed your calls. However, as soon as we realised what was happening we got in touch with you. The team started a thorough investigation to get a better understanding of what went wrong in this occasion. Your host was indeed waiting for you at the terminal and tried contacting you without success. We later learned that there had been some misunderstanding around the meeting point of the experience since you and the host were unable to find each other. The host tried to contact you numerous times but with no success. In addition, after having spoken to you directly, it seems that the emails sent to you with the contact details of the host had not been delivered to your inbox. Again, I am terribly sorry for the confusion and hope that you are willing to give us another chance in the future. We would love to make this up to you and connect you with another one of our friendly and knowledgeable locals in any of our 40+ destinations worldwide. No one showed up! We waited for over an hour after our meeting time of 9:30, trying to contact our assigned "host" Gisele and City Unscripted with no success. We were told later that she got the day wrong, and a refund was processed immediately. HOWEVER, we had only that one day in Stockholm, and it was impossible to regroup at this point. This pretty much ruined Stockholm for us.

Customer’s happiness is paramount to everyone here at City Unscripted so please know that we take these situations very seriously. As soon as we learned that the experience did not happen, our Customer Happiness Manager was informed about the situation. She looked into this case as a matter of top priority and got in touch with you and the host to solve all issues on the same day. As she explained to you in her email, your host Gisele got the dates mixed up. She was sent the experience details well before the experience date and confirmed her availability, so this mix up is completely unacceptable. We expect professionalism from our hosts and, even though she delivered many experiences successfully in the past, as a result of this confusion her position was reviewed by the management team. I can only imagine how much frustration this situation caused and I am really sorry that this error ruined your stay in Stockholm. I hope you are willing to give us another chance in the future, we would love to make this up to you by connecting you with another one of our locals in any of our 45+ destinations worldwide. At first there was a little hiccup with Joyce being given the wrong port but with that she was only 10 minutes late. She was there with an apology and a smile and the smile never left her face. She was so sweet. My husband and I are in our late 50's and we wanted a different perspective from the ground, really learning about her perspective of where she lives and it was heartwarming and endearing. Cuddos to Joyce and her endless energy. She was positive and informative with my husbands rapid fire questions she never wavered. Highly recommend Joyce Andrea for your visit in Stockholm! Oh and Joyce thanks for the tip on Max's, we didn't have time to enjoy a burger in Sweden but we did in Copenhagen!
An excellent tour and tailored to our requests. We visited the non tourist places which is to our liking. Guide was very knowledgeable, so enjoyed our discussions which added so much to the value of the tour.
My girlfriends and I booked the city unscripted tour for Stockholm. The four of us did not know what to expect. However, we knew immediately after we met our tour guide, Stephanie that we made an excellent choice. Stephanie arrived promptly for our tour. Stephanie was an awesome tour guide. It was like seeing Stockholm with an old friend. She was full of knowledge about Stockholm and she made sure that each member of our group got to see and do what they wanted doing our tour. We had a full day of fun seeing Stockholm. We ate lunch, we toured a castle, we shopped and took breaks. We took plenty of pictures which Stephanie was happy to take. I just cannot express enough about how great the tour was and the best tour guide ever, Stephanie. I would definitely recommend City Unscripted and Stephanie!!!
I am truly happy with my choice of this tour. Nima was our guide and he was so kind, organized and truly passionate about showing us this city he lives in. We saw EVERYTHING and he also shared with us hidden finds. It was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on and one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. Nima even sent an email of other things to do after the tour. Thank you so much Nima!!!
My tour was one on one with just myself and the guide Nimi. He was exceptional! He takes the time at the beginning to find out what you're interested in seeing or doing (art, shopping, museums ect) and plans your day from there. Very fun, easy going guy. Great day!!
